Really impressed, modern clean rooms, friendly staff and great breakfast. Cannot fault it and one of the best places I've stayed in London at this price range. Just make sure you Google London Bridge and NOT tower bridge or you'll have a taxi ride to get to the correct hotel! Recommended.

Fab overnight stay in Central London. Great value inc. Breakfast for two adults and a child coming in under £200. All staff encountered were courteous and professional. Room was very spacious, as was the additional bed which could have slept two with ease. Both beds in room were very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was expansive, fresh and plentiful. Almost certainly our new preferred choice when staying in Central London. A quick two minute walk to the South Bank Thames Path too. Also very close to a convenience store and a late night petrol station should you need some emergency provisions.

This hotel is really nice. the staff is always welcoming, from reception to the bar. Very friendly environment. My room was really clean and the breakfast was delicious! 🤩🤩 Will stay here again for sure!

Check in was very good & the chap who served us was excellent & very helpful, our room was upgraded was that was very good. Room was good even though we were upgraded I have had better but it wad adequate for us. We stayed for 2 nights & there was a kettle with tea & coffee, but these were not replenished when room service was done. The bar staff leave a lot to be desired, I don't know if they were training but 1 or 2 of them didn't seem to know how to pour a Vodka, lime & soda & they did leave people hanging at the bar including myself. The hotel in general was good & placed in a good location.

Nice enough hotel. I was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, as pictured. The shower had black mould, the sink is either tarnished or dirty and drain was really clogged. Our room was cleaned everyday but the soaps were never refilled so our shower soaps were empty the whole time (they were empty when we checked in). With the lack of phone in the room, it was just kind of a pain to contact the front desk for help. The gym has basic cardio equipment and one pyramid of free weights. The sauna and steam room are a nice addition. There is complimentary 1 hour late check out and any additional hours was an extra charge. The hotel bar is not open 24 hours as advertised. They also wouldn’t serve anyone who wasn’t staying at the hotel (so our group had to go somewhere else since a couple people were not guests at the hotel even though majority of us were). Overall, I would stay here again if there was a good deal because it is in a great location and was good enough. The employees are nice and the lounge area is great to work in during the day since it’s quieter and very bright. I removed a star for the state of the room when we checked in (no soap, clogged drain, general cleanliness) and another star for the lack of phones as I believe that hinders communication and resolution.

The location is good. The hotel overall is nice. The service in the bar was fantastic and the food and drinks were great. When we arrived the room seemed cold. We adjusted the heat and went down for dinner. When we returned the room was still cold so we called the front desk and they told us it wasn’t anything wrong with the heat but they would still bring us up a heater. The second day was the same issue, my husband mentioned it to the desk attendant and they insisted they had never had a problem with the heat in that room. It became unbearable especially with a toddler. We went out for lunch and when we returned I called the front desk again and they sent maintenance up. He had a device with a red light that he flashed in the vent and told me it was blowing at 25 degrees and that’s the highest setting for the rooms. I asked him why I could feel the difference in temperature as soon as I walked out of the room and he informed me the rooms and the rest of the hotel were on two different systems. He said he could bring me up another heater. When he stepped out I hopped on the bed and waved my hands in front of the vent and felt a VERY faint COOL breeze. When he returned I asked him if he could check it. I placed a towel on the bed and he stepped up and said “oh it isn’t as warm as the others”. He went to get a ladder and came back to the room. He went into the ceiling of the bathroom where the heating and air conditioning valves are and said one was stuck but he fixed it and the room should warm up. He apologized I assume for telling me nothing was wrong when there was definitely an issue. Hours passed still no heat. We went out and came back, the room was still cold. Before we left out for dinner we spoke to someone else and they told us we could change rooms. At this point it’s about 8 pm. When we returned we changed rooms. This room had heat! Finally! This room was better outside of the extremely filthy shower. The staff was very nice overall the issue was just looked over majority of our stay. We appreciate the space heaters however, they didn’t warm the room properly and we were still cold. We had on our jackets in the room because we were so cold. It wasn’t enjoyable to say the least. Again no one was rude, the food was nice. As long as you have heat in your room and a clean shower you should really enjoy your stay.

Very nice hotel close to the famous Borough Market. The hotel is stylish with a lively bar restaurant in the ground floor. The lobby and breakfast areas are also very chic and modern. The rooms are similarly updated but also very comfortable. Our room had separate toilet, shower areas and the sink area was open in the middle of the room. The stylish sofa was very comfortable.

We stayed for 4 nights over christmas. The location was convenient that we could take a walk to millennium bridge along the river. The room and breakfast were okay. Minus points: 1. The room was not cleaned for 2 days until 6 p.m. when we came back. 2. The manner of speaking from front desk staff(man) was impolite.
