I've never been to a hotel in such bad shape and mismanaged. It was a very pricey experience for having found hairs in our bed when pulling back the sheets. The smoke detector wasn't connected to the wall properly. We also got locked out of our room because the lock battery went out and it took 30 minutes for someone to walk down and let us in the room. Stairwells that were out of order seem like a fire code issue as well.In hindsight, Motel 8 would have been a better option given what we experienced.

Excelente em acebilidade, um mercado super próximo ao hotel e várias lojas como Victoria Secrets,Target ( tem tudo que possa imaginar) excelente para quem pratica uma caminhada ou corrida pois ao lado hotel tem pista para essa pratica

The staff were nice and I’m sorry but this place is a dump. Do not be fooled by the pictures. There’s no outdoor pool (under construction) there’s no jacuzzi, the halls smell like cigarettes,they don’t clean rooms right now or have a restaurant supposedly because of covid but it seems like more of a cop out to cut costs. This place is super outdated and seems as if it might have been nice 40 years ago but has not been remodeled since. We thought the elevator was going to break while using it. We really anticipated a nicer hotel after looking at the pictures.

Usei uma reserva de uso diário para me preparar para o meu casamento. O dia em que cheguei foi um dia muito agitado para um evento e eles estavam lotados. Um cavalheiro disse que eu não poderia usar o quarto por algumas horas, mas Faison foi além e conseguiu um quarto para nós! Eu estava tão feliz e o quarto era muito aconchegante com vista para um quintal. Só o serviço ao cliente já me faria voltar!

Dated, run down and dirty. Why no clock radio on the (dirty and sticky) night stand ? Because there were no outlets near it. There were two outlets on the other side of the room. One was so worn that our phone chargers fell right out. The other did not have a cover plate and the outlet was loose in the electrical box. Bathroom had mold spots and a shower narrower than most you find in Europe. AC sounded like a freight train. Never again.

I used a day use reservation to get ready for my wedding. The day I came in was a very busy day for to an event and they were booked. One gentlemen said I couldn't useroom for a few hours but Faison went above and beyond and got us a room! I was so happy and the room was very cozy overlooking a backyard area. The customer service alone would make me return!

Taksim, the manager on duty when we checked in, was absolutely wonderful. Over labor day weekend, the online booking we made was not showing up in the system and he was able to take care of us and honor the reservation. Super friendly and helpful. 4/5 simply because there was no hot tub as advertised...

Nós amamos as vistas dos quartos superiores com vista para o jardim com varanda - as melhores vistas de hotéis em Boulder a partir desses quartos. Também consideramos esses quartos silenciosos, limpos e confortáveis - as camas também são confortáveis. Não é um hotel 5 estrelas, mas avaliei-o com cinco estrelas porque tem uma ótima equipe e oferece o melhor valor em comparação com vários outros hotéis em que nos hospedamos em Boulder. É perto de tudo o que apreciamos na cidade, literalmente no riacho, a uma curta caminhada de Pearl St. e lojas. Algumas coisas estão desatualizadas em toda a propriedade, mas eu pessoalmente posso ignorar isso quando tenho uma bela vista das montanhas do meu quarto e acesso a espaços verdes bem na porta em Boulder.

I was completely split on this hotel. The price, location, and friendliness of staff was outstanding. The halls were pretty disgusting, but rooms were much better. We also thought our carpet was wet due to the condensation from the air conditioner, which ended up being a leak and creating a pretty awful smell by the time we left. We should have investigated more when it first started, but were hardly there due to wedding events.

We loved the views from upper garden view rooms with balcony—best hotel views in Boulder from these rooms. We also find these rooms to be quiet, clean and comfortable—beds are also comfortable. It’s not a 5-star hotel but I rated it five stars because it has a great team and offers the best value compared to several other hotels we’ve stayed at in Boulder. It’s near all that we appreciate in town—literally on the creek, walking distance to Pearl St. and shopping. Some things are outdated throughout the property, but I personally can overlook this when I have a great view of the mountains from my room and access to green space right outside the door in Boulder.

My husband and I stayed here with our dogs. The views were stunning! The gardens were beautiful! The Boulder Creek running behind the hotel was peaceful! The university was just a short stroll away. The hotel is in a central location so we could walk to many restaurants and shops. We booked the Millennium Suite because we really wanted a balcony and that was the only room available with a balcony when we booked online. However, I think we actually stayed in the Boulder Suite. It was nice and spacious with great views, but no balcony. That was the only drawback. Our dogs enjoyed their stay too. They loved people and squirrel watching. The gardens were a great, safe place to walk them. This hotel was super pet friendly with a reasonable pet fee. My pooches enjoyed the attention and treats they recieved from the hotel staff. Human and dog approved.

Un poco viejo, necesita algo de reforma. Pero lo peor es que no nos cambiaron las sábanas en 9 noches,y no repusieron casi nada los jabones, para dos personas pusieron 3 miniaturas de champú y 3 pastillas pequeñas para 9 días .
