“The room and bathroom were simply too outdated for me. Don’t wanna bash the hotel though. The room may be just right for you. Customer service was good at the reception. Also I think they could user higher quality cards to use on the elevator. It sucks when you get on the elevator and your card doesn’t work so you have to go back and wait in line at the reception to have your card reprogrammed. Several people had this issue. Hotel is in a good location. That’s a definite pro.”
