“I visit this hotel at least 4 times a year but my last visit was different from the last time. I guess staff changes the front desk staff sure lacking experience.. it took for ever to get check-in . Even the bell hope’s unloaded my car put my suitcase on the cart then pushed the cart into the hotel lobby and left my suitcase unattended anyone could have taken my stuff.. My hole experience was different.. it’s seem that no one caress anymore if you don’t like it just leave..”
