“Reserved months in advance. At, check-in, I, found out there was a $450 incidental fee held on your credit card. Now, I familiar with hold fees, normally up to $100 and any incidentals billed to room and charged to you at Check-out. But, $450, guest were not happy with this amount being held on their credit cards at the onset of their stay. That, was some guest spending budget or close to it. I, was there for only 2 day to attend a wedding, and it didn't stress me financially but that's a figure that should be disclosed to guest at time of reservation, so that everyone is given an opportunity decide if it's within there budget before they reach the front desk.Staff needs to pay better attention to detail, ordered breakfast from room service (English Muffin, Fruit plate, bacon and coffee and 2 cups water) - $65.00. When, I received my breakfast the silverware was wrapped in a napkin with dried on food stuck to it. (Picture Attached)When I got room service they had the nerve to ask if I wanted a new napkin.Yeah, ya think! Room could have been cleaned better. For money they charge, they gotta do better”

“Beautiful hotel!! They thought of everything...down to the yoga mat in the room. My room view was amazing. The room service was excellent. The hotel is a bit pricey, but I wouldn't expect anything less in this area. They are doing some construction right next door... so the view is somewhat obstructed by the cranes. But beautiful nonetheless.”
