Lugar agradável com todos funcionários muito gentis ,já na entrada do lobby cheiro delicioso do perfume famoso local ,bem marcante para lembrança de viagem .categoria turística com muitas variedades , quarto simples com pouco isolamento acústico , conversaalta dopessoalda limpezano corredorincomoda . Banho delicioso , melhor se trouxer seu sabonete , shampoo etc...os do hotel simples da categoria . Parte externa muito bem cuidada ,piscina principal bonita e limpa outra menor para maior privacidade , área para aprender trapézio , o máximo para as crianças ,passa muita segurança pela estrutura e apresentação do local ,jardins gostosos , quadra de tênis preservada e com iluminação . No geral ,gostei muito !!

Hotel espetacular com muitas atividades!!! Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e o restaurante tem sempre muita diversidade de comida. Tem transporte gratuito para o centro de Marraquexe, existem vários horário s disponíveis e deve ser reservado antecipadamente. Recomendo.

Hotel muy bien cuidado, zonas comunes, restaurantes,... Comida bastante variada y muy bien cocinada. La piscina de niños es una pasada si se viaja conpeques, tienen bastante entrenamiento. A un paso de el aeropuerto y conexión gratuita de autobús privado con diferentes horarios desde el hotel al centro de Marrakech.

Es mi cuarta estancia en Marrakech, y Iberostar Club Palmeraie las supera a todas, Sobretodo por el equipo humano que tiene. Se nota el buen hacer que hay. Hajji es un gran profesional del sector. Que hace que todos a su alrededor estén a gusto, el equipo de animación no sé queda atrás, Nos lo hemos pasado muy bien y nos sentido bienvenidos en todo momento.

we were so happy with our stay here. the room was very comfortable and amazing. food was tasty and fresh. the ambiance at night is very charming in the hotel .the staff was amazing ! very friendly and very professional and could not do enough for us.we were greeted daily with a smile. beautiful gardens choice of 2 pools and lots of activities available during the day and night time entertainment was excellent BIG shoutout to abdel entertainment manager and mahdi Samadi with his professional doing aqua gym and spinning classes,had a really fun time .

We loved the location. It was a perfect escape to relax but still have a great time . The staff were friendly, lovely and amazing specially entertainment team ABDEL u are the best , MEHDI , AMINE as well helped with anything we needed and made us welcome , this place has such great places where u can just sit back and unwind, we wish we could stay longer 🙏🏻 Can’t wait to comeback

Visited in May 2015 Amazing resort. Amazing staff specially the entertainment team, and I was lucky to meet "Zoro" that was so dedicated to his job and would engage with everyone. So many activities that you don't see the need of going out during to the town everyday. They have dance, gym session, aqua sports, quiz, bingo, adventure area for kids and grown ups, show theatre. THE FOOD IT'S ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and theres always a chef preparing the fresh meals such as eggs, pasta, grill when on menu. I want to come back for the food experience: Breakfast well served with French, English and Moroccan cuisine and a chef available Lunch time they serve fresh lam mini burger on grill, fish on grill and again all the cuisines options plus Italian; Every evening its a different cuisine like Morrocan Cuisine and they are spectacular! SPA services are also amazing and you should try the bath with scrub and steam room if you like to give yourself a special treat. The location it's around 15 mins from the town and they offer a guide that takes you around, there's bus that picks up from the resort and outdoor activities contacts are available too. This resort has a small convenience shop and you can find toiletries and even cigarettes. I had to pay a charge service fee on my departure so make sure that you check this before. I recommend and I have booked within lastminute.com with no tickets and I think that the price was cheap for what I had it and was available! AMAZING!

I have to start by saying that we had great time at this resort. I will explain however why they only get 3 stars instead of 5Super: - Nabeel at the reception is amazing! He will make it his persona task if you ask for anything. Great customer service. I would totally hire him if he wasn’t in Marrakech. - Ibtesam/Betty is just a model employee. She is lovely, polite, and loves to help. She would even work extra hours to make sure the guests are having fun - the manger is Tunisian and a wonderful guy. He came to solve issues personally to make sure we were happy with our stay. He is very present and helps even in the restaurant when he is neededPros: - the facility is beautiful in every way. The design is amazing and every thing is super clean! - the staff is wonderful and very helpful. They are always nice, professional, ready, and really go out of your way to help the guests - pools are great - plenty of activities. We stayed for 5 days and never left the resort. We were never bored. They bring live shows that are entertaining - great Halloween party that was not expected in Morocco at all. They really went about. The staff was in costume, the food was made to look scary, and fun decorations - rooms are spacious and prepared for all you needCons: - they have some guy that does a show supposedly entertaining the guests. He speaks into a very loud microphone during dinner (playing a game). He is very ANNOYING! He ruins the relaxing and classy atmosphere they set up for dinner. They have a nice garden with fire throughout the seating area. It’s very nice. Then you have this NOT FUNNY man ruining it for you. This goes on for over an hour and half. And that happened 3 nights out of our stay. The first night we said it’s fine because it’s 1 night. But over and over and over. He became the worst part of our stay - the heated pool is great and supposed to be for adults only. We went to this resort for our anniversary and specifically because they said there is a pool for adults only. That was not true. When we asked, the staff was very helpful and tried to apply the rule. However, guests started yelling at the staff and stayed anyway. Again, that was every single day. It’s a small pool so the noise level was unbearable. Even though there is a pool for kids with fun water slides and games - the place was not prepared for the busyness during our stay. Long lines at the restaurant. It’s just not realistic to stand in a line for 30 min to get some food, especially for an all inclusive resort. So this happened often. Later during our stay, they fixed the issue by bringing extra staff and setting up more tables. So that was good on their part.In general, we would go again and give them another chance to redeem themselves.

Just got back from a beautiful week in this wonderful hotel. I have never been to such a wonderful hotel. Food was amazing. Staff super helpful very very clean. Lots of activities for all ages. Due to covid hardly anyone on plane and hotel. Felt like a movie star. We didn't leave the complex due to covid. A very relaxing week. Kids loved it. Would definitely recommend a stay at this complex. You will not be disappointed.

Estive de 1 a 6 Junho 2019 hotel muito bom , super limpo no interior / exterior , com uma organização excelente de todo staff , sem duvida um excelente hotel recomendo , tanto para crianças como para casais

Gastronomia variada e muito boa. Funcionários do hotel 5 estrelas, muito simpáticos e sempre disponíveis para ajudar. O hotel é enorme, tem 3 piscinas, campo de tenis, campo de futebol, .... muitas atividades e diversões. Incrivelmente limpo. Recomendo!! Fica um pouco retirado das principais atrações de Marrakech, mas o próprio hotel tem autocarros privados gratuitos que levam e trazem os hóspedes, são cerca de 30 minutos a viagem do hotel à Medina (por exemplo).

Después de dos años hemos vuelto con nuestros hijos de 10 y 6 años. Lo recordábamos perfecto, pero ha superado lo que recordábamos. El hotel es bonito, acogedor, las instalaciones son perfectas además todo está muy limpio y cuidado. La comida tanto Marroquí como Internacional es muy buena y variada. Pero sin duda el personal del Hotel es lo más destacable, tanto en recepción, animadores, comedor, bares, gente de limpieza etc etc son muy muy atentos y siempre van a ayudar, son encantadores con los niños. El equipo de animadores siempre sabía sacarnos una sonrisa.

Very relaxing holiday in a clean modern hotel.The staff were all wonderful and so friendly.It was a relaxing holiday for us, but there seemed to be plenty of activities for anyone looking to exert some energy (including a high-trapez).Food was good with a reasonable choice each day and we were looked after by Leila in the restaurant in spectacular fashion - she was a total delight.Evening entertainment was enthusiastic if not spectacular.WiFi was patchy at best with periods of no connection being available in a location where it had worked a few minutes earlier.

We had an amazing stay for one week. the hotel and gardens are beautiful. Its located 30 minutes from the airport and city but offers shuttle bus into the city and back. The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly , the manager particularly. he was always around and available to help guests. The Gardens are so beautiful, they even have a little animal farm and children's play area and separate pool. There is a Zen chill adult only pool and a main pool they do hourly activities , aerobics and games. The food was awesome, there is something for everyone, Veterinarian and Vegan. I would highly recommend your stay at this beautiful hotel!

Es uno de los mejores hoteles que he visitado .La atención del personal es inmejorable . Tiene una piscina muy grande y diversas actividades tanto en el día como en la noche . Servicio de wifi y caja fuerte totalmente gratuitos. Cambio de divisas alli mismo en el hotel . Hay para jugar a la petanca, cancha de tenis, de baloncesto, un lago, un gimnasio, tiro al arco, etc... Un ambiente muy agradable . Perfecto para las vacaciones .

Amazing, i cannot fault this place . It was perfect in every way. The customer service was flawless, the staff genuinely went out of their way with everything . There was in house entertainment every night and different activities so you would always find something to keep yourself occupied. The room was clean and spotless. There is also a shuttle which makes shopping into the city easy which was a bonus. I will definately be back :)
