“My room wasn't ready for two hours when I checked in at 5pm. The room should be ready by 3pm. The front person said due to the inconvenience that I went thru, she offered the removal of the resort fee but apparently they charged it on my credit card when I checked out. The front desk service is awful and slow. I won't come back to this hotel. Also the food from the hotel is quite depressing. I asked sunny side up eggs but it came in overly cooked. The chef doesn't even know the basic cooking.”

“Absolutely do not come here for business stay - if you have any zoom calls to do, avoid this place at all cost. I first got really slow internet; Once that's fixed, their internet connection stability is the worst I've ever seen - I got disconnected 10+ times in a 30min zoom call. Ruining my work days.”
