“extremely loud music coming from the bar at almost all hours at night. really inconsiderate considering the walls are very thin too. staff is nice and beds are pretty comfy, location great of course. there are as many cons to this place as there are pros though. hair was all over the bathroom floor and no trash can in either room. outdoor seating area in the backyard is nice. there is potential for this to be a great place but definitely not there yet”

“El hotel para dormir, descansar y seguir está bien. Pero tuvimos una serie de malas experiencias. La primera y peor, tuvimos un recibimiento por la primera recepcionista muy lamentable desde el primer minuto poniendo en duda nuestra reserva, y luego tuvimos problemas con 2 de nuestras tarjetas y cero ayuda y tranquilidad para unos recién llegados al país y tener dónde dormir. Se pudo solucionar, pero no gracias a nadie del personal del hotel, sino a la ayuda telefónica de ING. Nos sentimos ignorados en la recepción como si fuéramos indigentes.Sólo tienen un datáfono muy antiguo, por cable, que sólo lee bandas magnéticas, no tiene para chip ni contac less. Y tampoco nos ofrecieron hacer el cargo a la tarjeta de crédito y otra de débito que tienen en sus sistemas para realizar las retenciones necesarias.Luego se juntó que nuestra reserva en Booking ponía 10 dólares por persona en desayuno, y nos dieron solo 5.Nos quedamos 9 días y 3 de ellos no repusieron los jabones, estando a punto de tener que comprar en supermercado, y 1 día tampoco las toallas.La habitación bien, no hay TV, solo un canal como de pago, aunque eso es lo de menos, sólo informo.Y el fondo de la ducha se tupía y se formaba piscina a la hora de bañarse.La zona del hotel está en el límite digamos, nos encontramos gente por fuera pidiendo y lleno de basura.”
