“Very nice, clean hotel. The room really was perfect with a good sized kitchen area including dishwasher and the room even had a ceiling fan which was a nice touch. As other reviewers have said, the staff was exceptionally courteous. The pool area was a good place to go relax; however, beware - the tiled floor surround was very, very slippery. Outside there is an open area to just hang out including a fire pit, comfortable couches, a large pergola and two large BBQ grills for guests to use, including all the grilling tools. My only real complaint is that the breakfast was really bad! Albeit, since they are still taking precautions, breakfast was delivered to each room in a paper bag. Really was not worth eating at all. However, besides the breakfast issue, this hotel is definitely worth staying at. My husband and I will absolutely be staying there again.”

“Nice and clean hotel. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly even the light switch and remote control are wiped down with sanitizer. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Food during social hours is very good. As for breakfast, they are providing packaged breakfast such as bagel, pancake, fresh fruits, danish, etc which is pretty good. Location is very nice and safe. There is also a supermarket one block from hotel. I think It is the best hotel in Utica.”
