“I just wanted to say thank you to Barbara from the overnight shift! I was traveling with a group for work, and she was not only friendly, but more than accomodating. Our team would travel very early in the AM, so she always had hot, fresh coffee for us, along with some grab and go items for breakfast. She made our stay welcoming, and because of her, I look forward to returning for our next visit!”

“Stayed here for about 1 week over Christmas 2022. There was black mold on the shower head. There was an ant colony in the bathroom. The side tables next to the beds were at the same height as the mattresses, creating an unsafe hazard (I had the forehead scrape to prove that). After we returned home I sent a letter of complaint to the hotel manager as well as to Hilton headquarters. As of today I have heard nothing. I did not expect a refund but at least a letter of apology would seem appropriate. So much for "Hilton Honors" membership!”
