“Stayed twice at this hotel. Location is excellent for access to Shinjuku and many tourist sites. Facility is updated, though some parts do seem somewhat aged. Service is top notch. As diamond members, we receive very attentive service. The breakfast and executive lounge offerings are excellent. Overall, I would come back again.”

“The staff are very friendly. We were upgraded for free, the hotel was not completely full when we went. Breakfast selection is large, there are local flavors plus some western dishes. I personally loved the Japanese dishes for breakfast.
Also there is a shuttle bus that takes you right downtown in case you don’t want to take the subway.”
