“Spent 2 nights in a conference. I had requested a late check out (1600hrs check out as flight was at 2030hrs) and was only told at the time of checking in that they could only extend by 1-2hrs max. I wish they had told me earlier so I could have made alternative arrangements. Separately, the room and cleanliness are acceptable. The staff at breakfast are very helpful. The lunch and dinner buffet was dismal.”

“The setting is fantastic. You drive up through Syon Park to be greeted by a friendly front desk. We had our baby with us and were fully provided for, making the whole stay much less stressful. The restaurant is well laid out and the kitchen turns out a great menu (with a wine list to match). They have an accommodating conference centre complete with a walled off "chill section" to make phone calls. The Spa was good. Pool and jacuzzi were average, but the staff and treatments made up for it.”
