“Our experience at this hotel was 5 stars. But I dont give 5 stars to hotels un;ess they are o n the beach. That's just my personal criteria but the experience was 5 stars. This hotel was super clean! The employees were all very warm and friendly and welcoming! Especially Greg! I had a handicapped room. The location was great! Just 5 minutes from the main street on Plymouth where everything is. Everything closes SUPER early in Plymouth so it makes no sense to be on the main street in town and some of those rooms had bugs from the reviews I read. Even restaurants that claim to be open until midnight and 1 am were closed by 10 and 11. We are from NYC. We ate late and the first night got in at 2 am because my hubbys boss forced him to come in even though he put in the time off ahead of time. I am partially handicapped from a complicated illness that almost killed me but I am on the mend I just can't walk unaided yet. The handicapped shower is not constructed properly. The shower can't be reached from a sitting position. The hand held shower which every handicaped person has to use was too far to reach but my hubby tried to turn it on and it did not work. We actually did not tell them until it was time for us to check out because we got in so late and only stayed a few days . We were too tired to want to make changes.”
