“For $100+ a night, I'm quite disappointed that they don't even include breakfast of any sort. Their continental breakfast is $10. Rooms have poor lighting & don't even include a notepad or pen. When I asked for a roll of toilet paper because my room only had 1.25 rolls, they recorded it to track it. Beds aren't comfortable. Their dinner menu is appetizers/salad, no steak even offered. Not worth what they charge. Their free wifi doesn't work on my phone; had to use my own data.”

“I am a diamond member and did not receive my cookie or member bag at check in. The suite was mediocre for a suite. Toliet had water stains in it and shower had no water pressure. There were no full body towels available only the floor size for us. Went to eat in restaurant, service was slow, had to move to bar to get service but food wasn't bad. I do not like they charge $8 for parking.
Also reading other reviews I did not put it together, I also got sick after staying there a night! Started with a scratchy throat and turned into horrendous cough and stuffy nose, I am a microbiologist and this could definitely be because of mold in the vents. I have also tested a number of times negative for covid...”
