“My family and I will be checking out tomorrow but I wanted to leave a review since we have had such a great experience. COVID life is stressful for everyone but the staff here is great! We checked in on 2/8 and we’re immediately greeted by the friendly front desk team. It was late and they got us into our room quickly. The room is great and exactly the space we needed for myself, my husband, and our 4yo kiddo. The next morning we were greeted by more friendly staff members when we went down for breakfast. The food is delicious and the lobby is a spacious area to sit without being too close to other guests. My daughter and I also enjoyed the indoor pool and extra towels to grab from the front desk. Overall I would absolutely stay here again. The team is so friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is really good, the room was perfect for us, and everything was so clean too! We will definitely be back on our next visit to Austin!”

“O gerente geral assistente Lisset e a vendedora (não entendi o nome dela) eram namorados absolutos! Tão alegre e cheio de energia que eles realmente nos fizeram sentir bem-vindos à área de Austin. Estacionamento era bom, sem problemas, e os quartos eram muito confortáveis.As pessoas que estão acostumadas com os Hiltons mais luxuosos podem ficar um pouco decepcionadas apenas com a estética dos quartos. Para nós, eles são muito distantes da qualidade pobre ou mesmo decente. A essência é, as camas eram muito confortáveis, a unidade de CA é sólida, as portas são seguras e quarto muito limpo. Recomendo vivamente esta localização se for a sua primeira visita a Austin ou apenas quiser um hotel com bons preços nas proximidades de restaurantes fantásticos e ótimas pessoas!”
