Nossa família ficou aqui neste verão para o Woodhull Freedom Summit. A equipe habilmente coordenou o evento. Os quartos eram confortáveis e limpos. A equipe de arrumação estava no topo das coisas. A gerência foi muito acolhedora e ajudou a tornar a estadia excepcional. Estamos ansiosos para voltar e recomendo esta propriedade.

Our family stayed here this Summer for the Woodhull Freedom Summit. The staff expertly coordinated the event. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Housekeeping staff were on top of things. Management was very accommodating and helped make for an exceptional stay. We look forward to coming back and would highly recommend this property.

Ótimo hotel e equipe incrível. Ficamos aqui por 2 semanas. Os funcionários do hotel realmente se importaram, foram muito simpáticos e muito prestativos. O restaurante tem um excelente menu e os chefs de sushi foram excelentes. A piscina era muito boa, e a academia tinha tudo que uma pessoa precisa. As camas do hotel eram muito confortáveis. A equipe que trabalhou no mercado do hotel sempre foi tão agradável e amigável. Eu recomendo este hotel.

Great hotel and amazing staff. We stayed here for 2 weeks. The hotel staff really cared, were so friendly, and very helpful. The restaurant has a great menu and the sushi chefs were superb. The pool was very nice, and the gym had everything a person needs. The hotel beds were very comfortable. The staff that worked at the hotel marketplace were always so nice and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Muito bom hotel no que diz respeito à aparência. No entanto, a limpeza NÃO está à altura. Vimos alguns ratos e alguém relatou uma barata em seu quarto. Todas as camas não eram confortáveis, e os lençóis e toalhas do quarto não estavam 100% limpos. As escadas rolantes e elevadores continuaram funcionando mal, fazendo com que muitos dos hóspedes se machucassem. Um foi levado às pressas para o hospital e tem 24 pontos. O hotel foi classificado como 2 porque a equipe é simpática, mas realmente não recomendaria o hotel, especialmente se você tiver um grupo grande. É melhor ficar em outro hotel da região. O estacionamento também é muito caro junto com a estadia no hotel. Você está pagando por um hotel sujo, com falta de pessoal e infestado de pragas. Em oração, eles se saem muito melhor no futuro, mas só vão aqui se for o seu resort!

É um hotel tão bonito com comodidades maravilhosas, no entanto, nunca tive um atendimento ao cliente tão terrível. Quando eu fiz o primeiro check-in, a recepcionista foi realmente maravilhosa. Cheguei, fui para o meu quarto, fui para a cama. Fui acordado às 5h30 com o telefone tocando. eu não respondi. Tocou uma segunda vez. Ainda estou acordando, então não respondi a tempo. Voltou para a cama. Alguém então começou a bater na minha porta, gritando no meu quarto dizendo “você fez o check-in?” Lembre-se, são 5h30 e eu fiz check-in no dia anterior às 16h para duas noites. Atendo a porta e o cara anota meu nome e diz que não fui reservada? Então ele pegou meu nome e disse que cuidaria disso. Volto para a cama e meu telefone toca NOVAMENTE e eu atendo e ninguém está do outro lado. Então toca MAIS UMA VEZ e eu atendo com raiva, e eles dizem “você tem uma reserva?” Ao que eu disse meu nome e disse que iria para o saguão. Eu desligo e eles ligaram... de novo. Não atendi e fui direto para a recepção. A recepcionista então disse “a última recepcionista não o checou todo o caminho, mas encontrei sua reserva e descobri” e passou a me dar um voucher para café da manhã grátis. Só naquela manhã. Isso eu finalmente perdi porque fui acordado às 5h30 e levei algumas horas para voltar a dormir depois disso. Nenhuma outra explicação, e nenhuma outra maneira de fazer isso direito aos meus olhos. Tão decepcionado.

Very nice hotel as far as appearance. However the cleanliness is NOT up to par. We saw a few rats and someone reported a roach in their room. All beds were not comfortable, and room sheets and towels were not 100% clean. The escalators and elevators kept malfunctioning, cause many of the guest to become injured. One was rushed to the hospital and has 24 stitches. The hotel was rated a 2 because the staff is friendly, but really wouldn't recommend the hotel, especially if you have a large group. You are better off staying at another hotel in the area. Parking is also very expensive along with staying in the hotel. You are paying for an unclean, understaffing, pest infested hotel. Prayerfully, they do a lot better in the future, but only go here if it's your resort!

It’s such a beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities, however, I have never had such terrible customer service. When I first checked in, the receptionist was actually wonderful. Checked in, went to my room, went to bed. I was then woken up at 5:30 am to the phone ringing. I didn’t answer. It rang a second time. Still just waking up so I didn’t answer it in time. Went back to bed. Someone then started knocking on my door, yelling in my room saying “have you checked in?” Mind you, it is 5:30 am and I checked in the previous day at 4 pm for two nights. I answer the door and the guy writes my name down and says I wasn’t reserved? So he took my name and said he’ll take care of it. I go back to bed and my phone rings AGAIN and I answer it and no one is on the other end. Then it rings YET AGAIN and I answer angrily, and they say “do you have a reservation?” To which I said my name and said I will head to the lobby. I hang up and they called….again. I didn’t answer and went straight to the front desk. The receptionist then said “the last receptionist didn’t check you on all the way but I found your reservation and figured it out” and proceeded to give me a voucher for free breakfast. For only that morning. That I ultimately missed because I was woken up at 5:30 am and it took me a couple hours to fall back asleep after that. No other explanation, and no other way to make it right in my eyes. So so disappointed.

Eu gostaria de poder dar à nossa estadia zero estrelas, mas tenho que pelo menos dar uma. Fazemos o check-in muito tarde em nossa primeira noite e nosso assento do vaso sanitário está pendurado no vaso sanitário. Ligue para consertá-lo e alguém apareceu 2 horas depois. Lembre-se de que agora é perto de 1 da manhã e voamos o dia todo e estamos exaustos. Que fica fixo passar para o dia 2. Chamado para limpar nosso quarto. Sair o dia todo para ver os pontos turísticos e voltar para o nosso quarto não limpo. Chamado a recepção foi dito que o quarto seria limpo no dia seguinte, mas poderíamos obter algumas toalhas limpas e colocar nosso lixo fora. Dia 3 saia e volte para o quarto e adivinhe qual quarto ainda não foi limpo. Liguei para a recepção antes de sairmos do hotel para garantir que nosso quarto fosse limpo. Foi dito oh sim, sentimos muito e seu quarto seria limpo. Bem, digamos que dia 4 e o quarto ainda não foi limpo. Hotel não se importou. Foi tratado como se estivéssemos incomodando. Venha dia 3 ainda teve que pedir papel higiênico neste momento. Hotel precisa de algum TLC com certeza. O mais foi o bar. Sendo que chegamos tão tarde, o barman (Lisa) se estou certo no nome era um santo. Seu serviço foi incrível e tão amigável. Hilton, você precisa limpar este hotel. Eu já fiquei no Hiltons antes e este hotel não era melhor que um motel 6.

I wish I could give our stay zero stars but I have to at least give them one. We check in very late on our first night and our toilet seat is hanging off the toilet. Call to have it fixed and someone showed up 2 hours later. Mind you it’s now close to 1 am and we have flown all day and are exhausted. That gets fixed move on to day 2. Called to have our room cleaned. Go out all day seeing the sights and come back to our room not cleaned. Called the front desk was told room would be cleaned the next day but we could get some clean towels and to put our garbage outside. Day 3 go out and come back to room and guess what room still not cleaned. I called the front desk before we left the hotel to make sure our room would be cleaned. Was told oh yes we are so sorry and your room would be cleaned. Well let’s just say day 4 and room was still not cleaned. Hotel did not care. Was treated like we were bothering them. Come day 3 even had to call for toilet paper at this point. Hotel need some TLC for sure. The one plus was the bar. Being that we came in so late the bartender (Lisa) if I’m correct on the name was a saint. Her service was amazing and so friendly. Hilton you need to clean this hotel up. I have stayed at Hiltons before and this hotel was no better then a motel 6.

Good room at a great price. It was a little noisy as we were there with some student groups. I also wish they’d provide housekeeping services daily, but those days may be long gone due to Covid. No real complaints though. I’d definitely stay here again.

Este é um lindo hotel com vistas e funcionários incríveis. O preço é muito competitivo. A equipe foi muito gentil e acolhedora. Fiquei apenas uma noite, fiz o check-in por volta das 17h e saí às 8 da manhã seguinte, então, devido às minhas restrições de tempo, optei por não ir diretamente à equipe para ver se eles poderiam consertar as coisas. O banheiro não estava devidamente limpo. A pia tinha cabelo de um barbear anterior, e eu tinha uma toalha que não parecia limpa também. Tivemos uma chaise no quarto, mas tinha algumas manchas. Espero que isso foi apenas um acaso, porque eu adoraria ficar novamente. Eles também cobram US$ 17 pelo café da manhã, mas saímos cedo para tomar café da manhã em outro lugar. Se fosse pela decepção com a limpeza, isso teria sido uma revisão fácil de 5 estrelas.

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing views and staff. Price is very competitive. The staff were very kind and welcoming. I only stayed one night, I checked in around 5pm and left at 8 the next morning, so because of my time restraints I chose not to go directly to staff to see if they could make things right. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. The sink had hair from a previous shave, and I had a towel that didn't seem clean either. We had a chaise in the room, but it had some stains on it. I am hoping this was just a fluke, because I would love to stay again. They also charge $17 for breakfast, but we left early to grab breakfast elsewhere. If it were for the disappointment with cleanliness,this would have been an easy 5 star review.

Tuve una gran experiencia en este hotel. Las habitaciones son cómodas y el servicio del shuttle es bastante ventajoso. Este servicio gratuito te recoge en el aeropuerto y te lleva al hotel, también te lleva a la zona de Pentagono City donde hay bastante comercio.Además, el restaurante ofrece happy hour y muy buenos platos.
