“There are not enough words to describe this beautiful NEW hotel and the fantastic staff! We stayed in a riverfront suite on the 12th floor and were blown away. Everyone at the front desk was always cheerful, helpful, and personable. William at Mimo was fantastic and showed us excellent service. We arranged airport transfers through the hotel and loved the chauffeur, Oscar. Even on NYE, we were surprised with amazing turn down service. The late checkout was also greatly appreciated. Can’t wait to visit again!”
