Hotel assinado pela rede Sheraton, com qualidade muito boa, quartos amplos e limpos! Se conseguirem, optem em pegar qualquer quarto no sétimo andar, é onde tem um terraço intermediário com uma vista maravilhosa para Manhattan(Foto)! Outro ponto muito bom é a linha de metrô: como o hotel fica no Queens, é mais em conta e tem uma linha de metrô (39 Street) duas quadras do hotel, que te deixa no centro de Manhattan em 5min! Um ponto negativo é o café da manhã que oferecem! Eles não dão alternativas para variar o café, se for ficar mais de 5 dias em NY já começa a enjoar no segundo dia! O café base deles conta com: café, ovos, bacon ou salsicha, ratatouille de batata e torradas!

Ótimo lugar para ficar bem e limpo. A área tinha alguns restaurantes bonitos ... o único problema que tive foi durante a meia-noite, o hóspede foi por engano reservar o mesmo quarto. Acho que havia um padrão on-line mostrando que o quarto estava vazio ... não é uma sensação boa quando você dorme e alguém está tentando em seu quarto às 3 da manhã.

Great place to stay nice and clean. Area had a few beautiful restaurants.. only problem I had was during midnight guest was mistakenly book the same room I guess there was a default online showing room was empty.. its not a good feeling when your a sleep and someone is trying to get into your room at 3am.

A equipe foi gentil, prestativa e atenciosa. Eu estava participando de um evento de casamento com um bebê e tentei passar um tempo na escada dos fundos acalmando-o / amamentando-o. O pessoal que passou por mim notou-me e, sem perguntar, trouxe uma cadeira para eu sentar. Eles se esforçaram para ter certeza de que a noiva tinha todas as coisas que ela pediu e continuaram a cuidar muito bem de cada atendente durante a noite. Também reservamos um quarto de hotel e esperávamos usá-lo para nos prepararmos para o casamento. Eles foram mais do que complacentes em nos permitir mudar as reservas de quarto para o check-in mais cedo, a fim de usar o quarto. A funcionária com quem falamos ao telefone, Simone, foi gentil e fez o possível para nos ajudar. Excelente equipe, ótimo lugar e um local divertido para casamentos com uma bela vista!

Éramos um grupo de 9- um pouco caro, mas vale a pena. Alimentos e bebidas foram excelentes. Nós não conseguimos o assento que queríamos e foi enganado pelos anfitriões ao solicitar o lado da ponte é a única razão que dei 4 estrelas. Também esteja ciente de que eles têm lá dossel de inverno e lugares ao ar livre são limitados.

I really enjoyed my stay here.I was in the executive suite.TV in the front and tv at bedside.The view of Manhattan was beautiful, especially at night when all the lights go up.The bathroom was my favorite part.It is a walk-in shower with plenty of room for another person.There's an iHome radio that you can connect your device to for music.The floors are carpet.I would definitely come back. The front desk service was wonderful.They were welcoming and helpful.

We were a party of 9- a little on the pricey side but worth it. Food and drinks were great. We didn't get the seating we wanted and was lied to by the hostes when requesting the bridge side is the only reason I gave 4 stars. Also be aware they have there winter canopy and outdoor seating is limited.

The staff was kind, helpful, and attentive. I was attending a wedding event with a baby and tried to spend time in the back stairwell calming him down/nursing him. The staff that walked through noticed me, and without asking brought down a chair for me to sit it. They hustled to make sure the bride had all the things out she requested and continued to provide great care for each attendant throughout the night. We also booked a hotel room and hoped to use it to get ready for the wedding. They were more than accommodating in allowing us to switch room reservations to check-in early in order to use the room. The staff member we spoke to on the phone, Simone, was kind, and went out of her way to assist us. Great staff, great place, and a fun wedding venue with a great view!

O hotel é excelente. Meu quarto e minha cama eram confortáveis e limpos. A equipe do hotel foi profissionalmente atenciosa, educada e gentil. As vistas na cobertura eram fenomenais. Eu recomendaria aos meus amigos e família, e revisitaria o hotel com minha família sempre que estivéssemos na cidade novamente.

The hotel is excellent. My room and bed were comfortable and clean. The staff at the hotel was professionally accommodating, polite, and kind. The views on the rooftop were phenomenal. I would recommend to my friends and family, and I would revisit the hotel with my family whenever we are in the city again.

I am a Marriott member and I seriously think that they should consider removing this brand from their property. It was my second worst experience and it was with the same brand. There are absolutely no perks for members. I expected that it would be a bare-bone hotel, but it doesn’t stop there: No mini fridge, disgusting orange goo in the shower, no free additional bottles of water (no water in the lobby), no umbrellas to borrow on a rainy day, elevator malfunction, etc. The only positive thing is the water pressure (not good for saving water). The shower door leaks and creates big puddles. I had to dry off the floor after each use. The parking is cheaper than other hotels in the vicinity but the space is tiny. If you’re not comfortable maneuvering your car in a cramped space, do street parking. The neighborhood has improved a lot and now safer. Whenever I requested something at the desk, the only word I hear from them is NO. It was like “Am I Horatio Sanz at the Jeffrey’s?” Their mainstay is the rooftop bar/restaurant. All staff and facilities gear towards the place and the rest are frills for them. This hotel is the best for second guessing.

En general muy bueno todo. La habitación super cómoda y con muy buena vista. EL desayuno que incluyen es acotado pero nutritivo como para arrancar la mañana y buen ubicación para no ser Manhattan. Lo unico negativo fue el trato de un señor veterano que nos habia cancelado la reserva el dia en que ibamos en viaje al hotel porque hubo un problema con la tarjeta segun el. Nos dio un trato algo agresivo diciendo : ITs your fault! cuando nosotros llevabamostodo impreso desde booking.
