“Good location. Few minutes walk to Terminal 21, Asoke BTS and lots of eateries nearby. Their provide tuk tuk to nearby places such as Robinson and T21. We used it a couple of times with less than 8 minutes waiting time for each occasion. We really enjoy the ride. The staff are very friendly and helpful.The room is generally well maintained even though there are sign of aging / wear and tear. Comfortable bed and good sleep. The bathtub is fantastic which the kids enjoy it very much.The tv size is way too small by all standard. Cant remembered I have seen such a small tv for a 4 Star hotel. There is no rain or handheld shower. The shower head is fixed. There are only 8 floors in this hotel so don’t expect a high floor view. Amenities is complete.The breakfast is decent and staff are friendly. We enjoyed and it was indeed a great way to start the day - a good breakfast.The pool is okay with ample of sun bed. There was a pool bar serving dinner as well.An enjoyable 5 nights stay overall. Recommended. Boa localização. Poucos minutos a pé do Terminal 21, Asoke BTS e muitos restaurantes nas proximidades. “My 2nd time stay in Four Points Bangkok.As a Marriott Elite Platinum, Breakfast wasn't included as this hotel is not a 5 star hotel (this was mentioned by a lady who checked us in) and no auto free upgrade to Suite (I had to ask and they didn't have any for my 1st night, however they managed to get one suite for my 2nd and 3rd night)Breakfast was sumptuous with tons of choices and different items each day.House Keeping did a great job to tidy the room.Was given complimentary drinks at the Roof Top Bar, each night stay and for 2 guest. The service at Am Bar was top notch. Had Singha Draught. However, the fried pork from AmBar was so tough, thus wasted my money. The fried rice was good.Location was great. Near to Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MRT. Hotel is short walking distance to Terminal 21, Robinsons, Mcdonald and Healthland Asoke.This stay, the hotel rates were much higher than my 1st stay.”
