The location is great and overall the hotel was clean and in good order. The beds are a little small but for 2 people (1 per bed) it is not that bad. Was here for 2 nights. I was very disappointed when it comes to having the rooms refreshed. I don't think they even came into the room. They didn't make the beds or put new towels, water cups, or take out the trash. I think it's time to start changing rooms every night or checking out and checking back into a different room. They can do a 20 min clean or a full clean every day. Had asked for new towels and asked for 2 more bed pillows. I was able to get the towels. The staff was supposed to come and give me the pillows but never showed up or even called to let me know anything. Breakfast was very disappointing we had peanut butter and jam but no bread or Bagels. There were no waffles. It was simply cereal and a sausage biscuit.

Staff at the desk and in the kitchen was friendly and great. Was upset to find out that parking was paid and not free. The breakfast was lacking. Toiletries like lotion and stuff wasn't available.

Meu quarto foi lindamente bem decorados, limpos e espaçosos. Quarto, sala de estar, mesa de computador, 2 tvs, microondas e geladeira. Piscina e sala de ginástica na propriedade. Café da manhã. Ótimo preço. Gostaria de poder ficar mais tempo.

My room was beautifully well appointed, clean, and spacious. Bedroom, sitting room, computer desk, 2 tvs, microwave and fridge. Pool and workout room on property. Breakfast. Great price. Wish I could stay longer.

We stayed here in February 2022 And it is right by midway airport. There is a Fridays tgif restaurant at the next hotel across the street. Nice place for an overnight with a shuttle to the airport. I would stay here again

Reservei um quarto com camas de casal apenas para o check-in e as camas eram camas de casal. Nunca estive em um hotel com camas de casal e acho que, ao fazer a reserva, o cliente deve estar ciente disso. Fiz o check-in às 7 da noite e o check-out cerca de 3 horas mais tarde, porque eu senti como se as paredes estivessem se fechando sobre mim. Os quartos são muito pequenos e muito apertados, mas a equipe foi ótima. Os lençóis estavam sujos e a área do meu banheiro estava suja a ponto de não me sentir confortável em dar banho aos meus filhos. Eles me cobraram por estacionar sem nem mesmo me perguntar se eu estava dirigindo. Provavelmente NUNCA vou voltar, mas pode ser bom para outra pessoa.

I booked a room with double beds only to check in and the beds where full sized beds. Ive never been to a hotel with full sized beds and I think upon making reservations, the customer should be made aware of that. I checked in at abt 7pm and checked out abt 3 hrs later because I felt like the walls were closing in on me. The rooms are very small and very tight but the staff was great. The sheets were dingy and my bathroom area was dirty to the point I didn’t feel comfortable giving my kids baths. They charged me for parking without even asking me if I was driving. I’ll probably NEVER go back, but it might be ok for someone else.

Se eu pudesse dar a este hotel um 3,5 eu. Os funcionários fazem deste hotel um local agradável para se estar. Se você está fazendo uma noite rápida para um voo de manhã cedo ou para uma escala, este é um local rápido e confortável para descansar a cabeça. Fiquei aqui por 5 noites para uma viagem de trabalho. O Hotel e especialmente os tapetes nos corredores e quartos precisam de muita atenção. O hotel precisa de uma limpeza profunda de todos os quartos e áreas de hóspedes. O “bufê” de café da manhã foi muito decepcionante e nem um pouco retratado com precisão na publicidade. Se você está escolhendo um local com base no café da manhã gratuito, escolha outro lugar. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos e fazem o melhor que podem. Os funcionários são a razão pela qual não atribuo 2 estrelas a este Hotel. Foi-me dado o quarto errado no check-in e o recepcionista me atualizou no dia seguinte, quando um quarto melhor estava disponível.

If I could give this Hotel a 3.5 I would. The staff make this Hotel a pleasant place to be. If you are doing a quick night for an early morning flight, or a layover this is a quick, comfy spot to rest your head. I stayed here for 5 nights for a work trip. The Hotel and especially the carpets in the hallways and rooms are in need of some serious attention. The hotel needs a deep cleaning of all the rooms and guest areas. The breakfast “buffet” was very disappointing and not at all accurately depicted in advertising, if you are picking a location based on free breakfast choose elsewhere. The staff are very friendly and attentive and do the best with what they can, the staff is the reason I’m not giving this Hotel 2 stars. I was given the wrong room upon check in and the front desk clerk upgraded me the next day when a nicer room was available.

El trato muy amable de parte del personal. La habitación limpia y con todo lo necesario. La cama muy cómoda!! Y el traslado al aeropuerto es un plus.

Without a doubt what we like to lease about this hotel was the fact that underneath their doors to the outside hall there was a 2 inch gap. So that means you hear everything in the hall. They were having a party till 2am. I heard everything. I did not like that there were so many people there and you could hear everything because of the gap underneath the door. There also seems to be a weed convention. We smelled pot the entire time we were staying there. It was in Incredibly disgusting.
