El hotel esta muy bonito y muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas, la atención del personal fue amable y tienen amplio estacionamiento!

O quarto é grande e a cama confortável. A TV é grande e de boa qualidade. A localização é boa, apenas ótima se você precisar estar perto da rodovia. O quarto e banheiro são limpos e bem abastecidos. O estacionamento é desconfortável devido à entrada do hotel bloqueando parcialmente a entrada e a saída da área de estacionamento para hóspedes. O serviço ao cliente é amigável se lento. Café da manhã bem decente! Agora para a perda de estrelas: o Google disse que este hotel tem uma banheira de hidromassagem. Eles costumavam ter uma banheira de hidromassagem e, quando se livraram dela, realmente precisaram atualizar o Google para indicar que não tinham mais uma banheira de hidromassagem. O ofurô foi o meu principal motivo para escolher este hotel sobre aqueles que foram US$ 50 por noite mais barato que tinha excelentes comentários e boas vistas de Houston. Isso foi uma perda de uma estrela. A segunda estrela foi que eles disseram que tinham uma piscina. Eles fazem, se você é um fã do mergulho do urso polar. Good service, comfortable bed and very clean. Easy check in and check out, didn't have the breakfast to have Waffle House across the street. Thresholds hard to navigate with a wheelchair (especially the elevator). EV Charging was extremely slow, charged overnight for 11 hours and went up 40%. Besides that, everything else was great!

The room is large and the bed is comfortable. The TV is large and of good quality. The location is okay, only great if you need to be close to the freeway. The room and bathroom are clean and well stocked. The parking lot is awkward due to the hotel entrance partially blocking the entrance and exit of the guest parking area. The customer service is friendly if slow. Pretty decent breakfast! Now for the loss of stars: Google said this hotel has a hot tub. They used to have a hot tub, and when they got rid of it they really needed to update Google to indicate they no longer had a hot tub. The hot tub was my primary reason for choosing this hotel over ones that were $50 per night cheaper that had great reviews and good views around Houston. That was a loss of one star. The second star was they said they had a pool. They do, if you are a fan of the polar bear plunge. For an indoor pool, this was colder than a hotel pool I was in that was outside in between Christmas and New Years. Proof? My nine year old son lasted an hour in the outside cold pool but only ten minutes in this inside freezing cold pool. Now, granted, at no place did they ever advertise the pool as heated but the fact remains that somehow this indoor pool was colder than an outdoor pool on a colder day. His comment about their exercise room was that it was only a fitness center and not a proper gym area. It's bad when my son looks at a room and says it's too small with too limited of exercise options. All of these together feel like a hotel that is checking off amenity boxes instead of making amenities actually usable. Looking back on it a bit further out now, I still feel the star review was appropriate purely from the fact that another hotel nearby was $60/night with a hot tub, slightly smaller room but decently sized, better view, and only about five minutes further from our other activities the next day. I just fell into the trap of wanting to be closer to my destination by five minutes.

Arrumação veio para o nosso quarto na primeira manhã após o check-in e nunca os vimos novamente. Quarto era confortável, um pouco datado. Nossa segunda noite voltamos bem tarde e percebemos que o quarto não tinha sido atendido. Ligamos para a limpeza e eles nos fizeram trazer nossas toalhas sujas para receber as novas.E NÃO COLOCAMOS O SINAL "NÃO PERTURBE" NA PORTA, DEIXANDO A ARQUITETURA PARA NÃO ATENDER NOSSO QUARTO.

Housekeeping came to our room the first morning after check in and we never saw them again. Room was comfortable, a bit dated. Our second night we got back pretty late and realized the room hadn't been serviced. We called down to housekeeping and they made us bring our soiled towels down in order to receive new ones. AND WE DIDN'T HANG "THE DO NOT DISTURB" SIGN ON THE DOOR LETTING HOUSEKEEPING NOT TO SERVICE OUR ROOM.

Este hotel não se preocupam com a segurança. Tivemos uma fêmea que tem sido nos perseguindo há meses e nós temos uma ordem de proteção contra eles ea recepção deu-lhes o nosso número de quarto !! A fêmea então começou a enviar as pessoas para o nosso quarto para nos perseguir e postou o nosso número de quarto on-line para as pessoas a nos perseguir. A recepção negado dando o número e admitiu que tinha sido ligando para o hotel para encontrar-nos. Não há nenhuma maneira ela saberia o nosso número de quarto a menos que a recepção dada a ela. Este lugar é perigoso e poderia de teve um homicídio em suas mãos, porque eles são descuidados e fornecer informações pessoais a ninguém. Não fique aqui se você quiser ser seguro. Eu nunca vou ficar em um Best Western novamente. Nós reclamamos e pediu para chamar a polícia e eles recusaram. Eles permitem que todas as pessoas para nos perseguir e eles não iria impedi-los permitindo-lhes bater à nossa porta por horas. Chamamos a polícia para detê-lo uma vez que a recepção não fazer nada e gestão disse que não iria dar-nos uma nova sala. E como o gerente gostaria de varrer esse incidente traumático para debaixo do tapete e reivindicar isso não estava em seu hotel. Isso está incorreto. Este é o hotel correto. This hotel does not care about safety. We had a female that has been stalking us for months and we have a protective order against them and the front desk gave them our room number!! The female then began to send people to our room to harass us and posted our room number online for people to harass us. The front desk denied giving out the number and admitted she had been calling the hotel to find us. There is no way she would know our room number unless the front desk gave it to her. This place is dangerous and could of had a homicide on its hands because they are careless and provide personal information to anyone. Don’t stay here if you want to be safe. I will never stay at a Best Western again. We complained and asked to call the police and they refused. They let all the people in to harass us and they wouldn’t stop them allowing them to bang on our door for hours. We called the police to stop it since the front desk wouldn’t do anything and management said they wouldn’t give us a new room. And as the manager would like to sweep this traumatic incident under the carpet and claim this was not at her hotel. That is incorrect. This is the correct hotel. So let Ms. Vega continue to make false statements about the safety of this hotel. Again this is the correct hotel, but she will deny this happened to protect her job and her employees.

A jovem de cabelo tingido de azul (eu acho)? quem nos registrou foi muito simpática e prestativa. Queria ter conseguido o nome dela para dar um grito apropriado.Nós reservamos dois quartos para 3 noites e em 1 quarto uma das camas não era muito confortável. Parecia que alguma mola ou algo estava quebrado, pois o colchão era muito irregular. O outro quarto tinha um cheiro muito forte de urina pelo ar condicionado que era perceptível no segundo que você abriu a porta. Um dos convidados ao nosso lado tinha um cachorro que latia para tudo. Felizmente, dificilmente ficávamos em nossos quartos, exceto por algumas horas à noite. Os quartos eram limpos.

The young lady with blue (I think) colored hair? who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Wish I had gotten her name to give her a proper shout-out.We booked two rooms for 3 nights and in 1 room one of the beds was not very comfortable. It felt as if some spring or something were broke as mattress was very uneven. The other room had a very strong urine smell by the air conditioner that was noticeable the second you opened the door. One of the guests next to us had a dog that barked at everything. Fortunately we were hardly in our rooms except for a few hours at night. Rooms were otherwise clean.
