“As many others, I haven’t recieved my refund. As I’ve heard the hotel is closed at the moment. I wasn’t able to contact through phone. At which social media page can I contact the hotel? The Facebook page was hard to find and it seems dead (last post from March 2020).
Edit 2021 october: the social media team has responded fast and they told me the hotel is still closed and funds are frozen. I raised my rating to 2 Star just for the social media team.”

“I stayed at the hotel for two (2) nights. On Saturday morning, while I was sleeping, two (2) people tried to entered my room. I shouted to let them know that someone was inside the room. They did not stop and stayed outside my room for around seven (7) minutes playing with the door. I called the front desk and they apologized because by mistake they told another guest that my room was his room. I understood and didn't complain. The worker from the front desk called me back and offered me something for the inconvenience. He never explained me what. When I did check out I ask for this "something" and they never gave me anything.”
