“The location is convenient as there are several restaurants close by. However, I don’t believe it is worth the price. Rooms are okay, my biggest issue with the rooms is the shower as the water leaks out everywhere. The hotel staff is friendly, however, room service is nonexistent even if you call the desk to remind them to clean your room. Overall, it’s an okay hotel. Will I be staying here again? No, there are plenty of better options around the same location for the same if not cheaper price.”

“This is a great hotel but I had to deduct two point which I will discuss later. I went to this hotel 4 years ago because we wanted to go to Kozar's Christmas village so we stayed overnight here and it was great so decided to stay here again because we were going again to Kozar's. It was how I remembered it in the past with a great staff that is friendly and the location is great as well. However I have to say the heating unit in my room was absolutely crazy. Whenever it would turn on, it was very loud. In fact I could not really get much sleep because of the sound. Forget about watching TV when this unit is on. I hope they update the heating units at this hotel because otherwise, it's a great place. It could have been, that the unit in my room was the problem and the rest of the hotel rooms are fine. I should have requested another room. Overall, it's a great hotel and I will come back in the future.”
