“Catherine Stevenson the manager is outstanding, she remembers me every time I walk in, knows what I like and as I wait around I can tell I'm not the only one she treats with such high respect. She's outgoing, attentive to detail and will go out of her way to make sure your stay is truly enjoyable, she's awesome to be in contact with. I'm also a big fan of the rooms, especially the corner ones, the view of NYC is pretty cool. Love staying here, good to know they have Catherine as the manager.”
