Great service and very positive in their rapport. Rooms are delightfully beautiful and modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The quality and costs are worth the twenty minute walk to key sites. There is a restaurant and bar on site. I felt safe inside and in Edinburgh.

The building looks very nice. We were treated perfectly by friendly staff. We do have a status at Marriott so that might be the reason for the heartily welcome. Got given a voucher for a whiskey at the bar. The king beds are nice and soft. Breakfast is decent. Could have had some more options. The only downsides would be that they aren’t really energy/environmentally friendly. The lights were on every time the room was made up. That is welcoming but it is using energy without any benefit. The towels were changed every day even though it said “hanging towels won’t be replaced” and we did hang them up. Also we got a bar of soap which I assume will just be thrown away after our stay. In fact on the 3rd day we got a new bar of soap. I much rather see a soap dispenser.

A 3 star hotel. Location is excellent a and the rooms are nice. Bed very comfortable and the place is kept clean. However given the price I was dissatisfied. Our TV didn't work in the room which normally wouldn't matter, however the rugby was on so it was a big deal. The shower is only ok. Some staff were lovely and very obliging others not so much. They stopped serving drinks at half 11 on a Saturday night and had no residents bar or room service. Overall a grand hotel but given the price I think you could expect more.

Although I was not impacted by this, several times I witnessed the breakfast staff cleaning off a table and prepping for other patrons when the original guests went up to get more coffee, etc. There has to be a solution for this. The quality and costs are worth the twenty minute walk to key sites. There is a restaurant and bar on site. I felt safe inside and in Edinburgh. Ótimo serviço e muito positivo em seu relacionamento. Os quartos são deliciosamente bonitos e modernos, limpos e confortáveis. O café da manhã era farto e delicioso. Embora eu não tenha sido afetado por isso, várias vezes testemunhei a equipe do café da manhã limpando uma mesa e preparando para outros clientes quando os convidados originais subiam para pegar mais café, etc. A qualidade e os custos valem a caminhada de vinte minutos até os principais locais. Há um restaurante e bar no local. Eu me senti seguro dentro e em Edimburgo.

The rooms were nice and the front desk staff were wonderful. That being said the breakfast options were underwhelming.The full Scottish breakfast buffet was noticeably low-quality and service for anything on the menu was glacial. It took 40 minutes for a single bowl of porridge to arrive.The bar food was acceptable but nothing really wowed me. A good place to sleep, but plan on eating out if you want something memorable. Good news is there's plenty of options nearby. Os quartos eram bons e os funcionários da recepção foram maravilhosos. Dito isto, as opções de café-da-manhã foram nada assombroso.O buffet de café-da-manhã escocês completo era visivelmente de baixa qualidade e serviço para qualquer coisa no menu era glacial. Demorou 40 minutos para uma única tigela de mingau chegar.A comida do bar era aceitável, mas nada realmente me impressionou. Um bom lugar para dormir, mas planeje comer fora se quiser algo memorável. A boa notícia é que há muitas opções nas proximidades.

A wonderful hotel in a good location. Wonderful staff, good room with good facilities, our room was in the new modern extension so also had aircon. Comfy bed. Only downside is the lack of good dining options on site but there are plenty of alternatives in the area.

This is by far the coziest courtyard Marriott I’ve ever stayed at. The location couldn’t be more convenient. It’s a 10-minute walk to the royal mile with great eating options all around. We tried the Conan, passage to India, and the cafe elm row around the hotel. They’re all good. Inside the hotel, you’re greeted by a clean and modern lobby with full bar and cozy couches. The rooms are modern, spacious and extremely clean. We had two connecting rooms for our family of four. We got enough space for everyone who needs to study and work remotely.

A fab location & good hotel.Staff was generally nice - but would have been good if they helped my old dad who was struggling with his luggage. After all - he's a titanium member at Marriott.They also made me switch rooms during our stay.Threw a wrench into our daily plans. One of the staff members said- well - this isn't our fault, and the incoming person is a titanium member (but so were we), and I don't appreciate management dealing out "fault" on way or the other.Overall nice time though. There's a really nice Marriott outside of town on Research Ave with an incredible gym.I will stay there on future trips because I like to work out when jet lagged.

Quartos bons, camas muito confortáveis, café da manhã com bons itens mas algumas falhas (sem chocolate quente ou mesmo leite quente). Internet rápida e gratuita. Banheiro não bem isolado. Hotel localizado a uns 600m da estação central da cidade e da cidade velha. Muitos restaurantes e museus por perto

Muy bueno. Tiene restaurant y bar. No tiene estacionamiento pero te hacen descuento en uno cercano. Promocionan un mercado pero es casi un kiosko. No incluye desayuno pero SÍ te lo avisan, sale 12 £ si queres el desayuno del hotel.

Magnífico hotel, ubicado a 4 minutos de la parada de tranvía de York Place, a 5 minutos de Princes Street y a 10 de Calton Hill. Hay muchos restaurantes y comercios cerca, y un centro comercial con cine y restaurantes a 100 metros. La decoración moderna, habitaciones amplias y bien equipadas. La cama muy cómoda. El baño impecable. La limpieza en general muy bien. El personal del hotel de 10, tanto el personal de recepción como camareros. Para repetir, sin duda.

Hotel lindo, muy buena ubicación cerca de todos los lugares turísticos, debido a eso no es necesario ocupar transporte público, está rodeado de bares y restaurantes, posee una animada vida nocturna. Habitación amplia y comoda. Las cosas que se deben mejorar es la limpieza, ya que no era muy prolija, por ejemplo las sábanas y el cubrecama tenían manchas. La taza del baño no estaba limpia. El desayuno tiene poca variedad y lenta o nula reposición de productos, además a veces podrías encontrar productos añejos. Vasos y platos del desayuno mal lavados.
