“Dennis Patel the manager is a very rude man. I arrived very late into Buffalo. I told the worker the night before I would be checking out late the following day as I had an appointment. Then at check out, Dennis humiliated me by scolding me for checking out late. He didn’t offer a day stay or any other options. Just basically made it clear he wanted me to leave. I was also sold a rotten apple with worm inside at the bistro the night before. Didn’t make an issue of it because I was tired. Mr. Patel should not be in hospitality. He just comes across as an extremely cheap, stingy person. The rest of the workers were overall pleasant and helpful. My room was ok. Definitely not worth the money though. Just a no frills average room. Patel doesn’t even smile or show any appreciation to guests.”

“My stay was enjoyable, it would have been nice to have complimentary breakfast. It is nice that they have the restaurant but it would be more enjoyable if it was open later in the night as well. Upon my arrival my TV didn't work. They switched my room and from that point on everything was smooth sailing. So I can't really say that I had any issues with the hotel. Neither their best to accommodate me to the best of their ability.”
