“Experiência absolutamente terrível ficar neste hotel. Deixe-me começar dizendo que o lobby e toda a equipe do hotel foram super agradáveis. O quarto era limpo - no entanto, meu quarto absolutamente fedia de cigarros. Havia um "ventilador de parede" no banheiro de onde vinha a fumaça do cigarro e era tão forte - fez todo o quarto cheirar mal. Tivemos que manter o banheiro fechado. O quarto também não tinha um secador de cabelo que, ao fazer a reserva, afirmou que o quarto estava equipado com um. I fornecido feedback através do site do Marriott e eles me informaram que um representante do "departamento executivo" iria voltar para mim em 3-5 dias. “Absolutely terrible experience staying at this hotel.Let me first start off by saying the lobby and entire staff at the hotel were super nice.The room was clean - however my room absolutely stunk from cigarettes.There was a "wall vent" in the bathroom that the cigarette smoke came from and was so strong - made the entire room smell bad.We had to keep the bathroom closed.The room also did not have a hair dryer which when booking the reservation stated the room was equipped with one.I provided feedback via Marriott's website and they informed me that a representative from the "executive department" would get back to me in 3-5 days.It has been 10 days and I still have not heard a thing about my complaint.I really hope no other guest has to go through this experience - I will definitely be avoiding Marriott hotels in the future.”
