We hit a snowstorm the other night and got stuck in a ditch and once we were out we pulled up to this hotel. After a terrible night of 16 hours of driving it was nice to meet Bradley, who was so friendly and sympathetic. Someone seriously, give him a raise. His customer service skills are amazing. Night auditors aren't usually so friendly in my experience. The room itself was huge and very nicely decorated. It had a pull-out couch and I was told that if it didn't have one that they had an alternative option. There were a few splatters on the wall from past coffees, but other than that they're decently clean. I was glad there was a fridge and a microwave in the room. The continental breakfast had a variety of choices and hot meals which is nice when you're traveling to eat real food that's included with the room. Thanks Bradley! You rock!

If you are considering this hotel for a fun place for your kids stay to play, don't. The staff is fine. The location is great. The rooms are filthy and dated. The furniture belongs in a dorm room. The coffee is not good, but you are located near Boneshakers coffee shop. If you want a clean place to stay, it isn't here. Sorry. I'll take down this post if I see or hear of any steps being taken to improve the amenities. It is not worth $159 per night or whatever they are charging.

Rooms are nice looking. Pool area is fun and the slide is fast. However, the room doors slam on their own so you hear everyone coming and going all night. And the windows are so thin, it sounds like the window is open. Even on the second floor. So the accommodations are good, but don’t come thinking it’s going to be a peaceful stay.

was Not satisfied. The hotel seemed light and fresh on the pictures, so we decided to book a room for a date night on 10/15/2022. Everything was clean and welcoming when we checked in. We went to our room, and were immediately taken aback, simply due to the look of the room and the thought of what we paid for it. Initially, the price seemed reasonable for a large king room with jacuzzi tub at the center, but the room was older and not the best kept. Broken furniture and worn carpet, etc.. the price just didn't seem justified, but we were happy to have a space to relax! As we were getting settled we saw a used, dried-to-the-tub soap bar, black specks at the bottom of the tub, chips (not the bag, the actual chips) on top of our made bed. We had plans to go somewhere, so we just showed pictures of it to the front desk and asked that they have it cleaned. When we got back those things were cleaned up! :) We pulled back the blankets to set up our bed, and we saw blood. Probably just a stubborn stain, but you know how thoughts of hotel beds can start swirling in your mind. We just removed that piece of linen. Slept comfortably, and had a good night. But in the morning, we were woken up by cleaning crew TWO hours Before check out! We have 4 kids - the whole point of our trip was to have a night away and SLEEP IN. While we were getting our things together, we grabbed our bottles from the fridge that we placed in there the evening before. They were warm. the fridge, although plugged in and set to cold, did not work at all. We will not stay here again. I could see paying less than $120 for this room. But we paid over 200. This was our first time staying here. We paid a little more thinking it would reflect on the stay. The carpet in our room is very very dirty. The air conditioner has a very bad dirty smell. We are feeling stuffy from it. Had to turn it off. Just over all dirty. People must not get down on their hands and knees to clean anymore and it really shows. They could at least shampoo one room a day or something to freshen it up and clean the air conditioners on a regular basis. I understand it is hard to find good help, but lower the price if your standards are low.
