“We had to come to hotel because of the freeze and it’s wonderful! Rooms are huge and clean! The staff is amazing very friendly and caring! Heated pool great breakfast! I cannot give enough stars we are very happy with our stay! Thankful they were warm and welcoming during this time!”

“This place is disgusting! Elevators weren't working, carpets are filthy, beds were lumpy. Never saw any cleaning crews or housekeeping at all during our 2 night stay. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no cups. Had to go downstairs for coffee and the lids they had didn't fit the cups. We had 3 people in our room and we were provided with 2 towels and one washcloth. Looking at previous reviews, this place has had these same complaints for a very long time. Obviously, there are no intentions of fixing these issues.”
