Ótimo atendentes boas camas quarto espaçoso e um café da manhã razoavel

Hotel razoável. Estrutura precisando de reforma, a limpeza deixa a desejar, cheirava mofo o carpete do piso. O bairro é inapropriado para caminhadas noturnas. Café da manhã bom.

The room was nice. The internet worked great. However, the pool was NOT UP and RUNNING. ALL of the ice machines on the property were NOT WORKING! The snack machines were NOT accepting cash nor credit/debit cards!

Minha estadia foi absolutamente horrível. Os elevadores para chegar aos seus quartos são vergonhosos. Eles tremem no passeio, o cheiro de fumaça de cigarro, e quando você chega ao seu andar ele cai. Os quartos e banheiros são atrozes. Os lençóis não estavam limpos. O micro-ondas tinha conteúdo de comida da comida anterior, a geladeira tinha um resíduo pegajoso e o ferro/tábua de passar estava manchado. O armário parece algo saído de um filme de terror. As toalhas não estavam limpas, então tive que esperar mais de 30 minutos pelas toalhas. A vista também não é tão boa, se você olhar pela janela verá uma piscina que parece não ter sido limpa há séculos. Não recomendo este hotel a ninguém.

My stay was absolutely horrible. The elevators to get to your rooms are disgraceful. They shake on the ride, the smell of cigarette smoke, and when you get to your floor it drops. The rooms and bathrooms are atrocious. The bed sheets weren’t clean. The microwave had food contents from the food before, the refrigerator had a sticky residue, and the iron/ironing board was stained. The closet looks like something out of a horror movie. The towels weren’t clean so I had to wait 30+ minutes for towels. The view isn’t that great neither, if you were to look out the window you would see a pool that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Esta foi uma das piores estadias que já experimentei. O serviço ao cliente foi horrível, e a equipe foi pouco profissional. A equipe noturna que trabalha nos finais de semana não foi amigável e se esconde nos fundos para evitar ajudar os clientes. Ela falava tão rápido que eu mal conseguia entendê-la. Ela quer você fora do espaço dela rapidamente para que ela possa voltar a não fazer nada. A equipe da manhã não era melhor. Ela estava em chamadas pessoais durante o check-out. Eles não têm serviço de limpeza, então você é responsável pelo seu quarto enquanto estiver lá. Eles também pedem que você coloque suas toalhas fora do seu quarto às 6h30. Quem está acordando tão cedo nas férias? Você tem que ir à recepção para obter substituições e uma noite fizemos isso a tempo, porque ela disse que depois de nós não havia mais toalhas limpas. O café da manhã era horrível. Área de estar suja e poucas opções. Não foram tomadas precauções contra a covid e a estação de suco não tinha uma bandeja de gotejamento, o que é um risco à segurança, porque alguém pode escorregar e cair facilmente. Os quartos estavam sujos e eletrodomésticos/móveis estavam todos quebrados. Eu nunca fiquei em um hotel tão ruim antes e nunca vou ficar novamente. O hotel estava desatualizado e descuidado. O suporte de papel higiênico foi desinstalado, nenhuma tampa de tábua de passar roupa na tábua de passar roupa, eletrodomésticos que não funcionam / quebrados, carpete manchado, cortina de chuveiro moldada, cadeira de computador quebrada, sala de jantar suja e a lista continua. Sinto que mereço um reembolso pelo quão terrível foi a estadia!

This was one of the worst stays I've ever experienced. Customer service was awful, and the staff was unprofessional. The evening staff that works on weekends was not friendly and hides in the back to avoid helping customers. She talked so fast that I could barely understand her. She wants you out of her space quickly so she can go back to doing nothing. The morning staff wasn't any better. She was on personal calls during checkout. They do not have housekeeping so you are responsible for your room while you are there. They also ask you to set your towels outside your room at 6:30am. Who is getting up that early on vacation? You have to go to the front desk to get replacements and one night we made it just in time because she said that after us there were no more clean towels. Breakfast was awful. Dirty seating area and not enough choices. No covid precautions taken and the juice station did not have a drip pan which is a safety hazard because someone could easily slip and fall. Rooms were unclean and appliances/furniture were all broken. I have never stayed at a hotel this bad before and will never stay again. The hotel was outdated and unkempt. The toilet paper holder was uninstalled, no ironing board cover on ironing board, non-working/broken appliances, stained carpet, molded shower curtain, broken computer chair, dirty dining room area, and the list goes on. I feel as if I deserve a refund for how terrible the stay was!

I just checked into this hotel. I have stayed here 6 times with no issues checking in. Today I check in and there are two employees at the desk. One with a mask and one without. The last without a mask, Shae, asked that I put on s mask. I asked why I had too but she didn't. She pointed to the sign and said GUEST have to and she can decline service. Since the CDC lift the restrictions, I don't carry a mask all the time. I asked her for one and she didn't have any. I completely understand during the height of the pandemic, this requirement but not now. Also she was behind a desk, well over 6' from me.

The location is terrible. They can't change that. Saw 1 person arrested and another K-9 unit in action in a 1 night visit. The service was excellent. The people were great. They really made the stay enjoyable. The rooms are dated and it shows. The staff really made the stay worth it and I can't say that enough, but the things they can't change really hurt this facility.

Foi ok para um pernoite. A vista era muito boa. Todo o hotel precisa de remodelação e atualizações em abundância. A cama/travesseiros eram confortáveis. Achei hilário que haja uma placa na porta informando os clientes sobre o uso de máscara e você não receberá atendimento a menos que esteja usando máscara, mas a equipe no momento do check-in não estava usando máscara.

Acredite nos comentários!!!! Este hotel foi horrível. Não só foi a senhora na recepção rude e não amigável. O hotel INTEIRO cheira a cigarros. O quarto é menos do que desejável, tetos e torneiras antigos e com vazamentos, cabelos de hóspedes anteriores ainda lá, móveis sujos e degradados. Banheiro era limpo, mas também foi atropelado como um banheiro de loja de conveniência. As colchas limpas e a cama confortável para quem quer apenas dormir.

Fiquei aqui na noite anterior ao Dia de Ação de Graças de 2021 para poder estar perto da meia maratona do Atlanta Track Club no dia seguinte. Todo o hotel tinha cheiro de cigarro. Meu quarto estava definitivamente precisando de algum trabalho de reforma, então eu diria que isso também valeria para todos os outros quartos. Abri a porta do armário e ela começou a cair no chão, então me coloquei de volta e decidi que seria uma boa ideia. O controle remoto da TV estava imundo. A gosma nele era de meses e meses sem ser varrido. A tela da TV tinha pixels de LED que não estavam funcionando e a qualidade da imagem era ruim, como se a TV estivesse prestes a morrer a qualquer momento. Os quartos tinham outros problemas, mas o que realmente se destacou foi a pessoa na recepção naquela manhã. Perguntei se poderia fazer um check-out tardio, porque ia terminar a corrida, voltar para a sala e fazer o check-out. Eu estava pedindo apenas 30 minutos após o horário de check-out. Ela disse não". Se eu estivesse lá após o horário de check-out, seria cobrado US $ 40. Ok, então eu entendo, mas o que eu não entendi foi sua atitude e energia negativa. Ela era de coração frio e rude. Não cedi à energia negativa dela, me mantive positivo e educado e disse a ela para cobrar no meu cartão. Mais tarde naquela manhã, quando eu estava fazendo o check-out, passei pela recepção para avisá-la que estava fazendo o check-out e desejei-lhe um “bom dia”. Ela verificou o computador, digitou algo do teclado e disse que estava tudo pronto. Alguns dias depois, quando verifiquei minhas transações com cartão de crédito, vi que ela havia me cobrado apenas US$ 25 em vez de US$ 40. Acredito que era isso que ela estava fazendo quando eu estava me despedindo naquela manhã. Esta é a razão para as duas estrelas em vez de uma. Comecei a não escrever este comentário por causa do foco em um indivíduo. Há apenas dois hotéis a uma curta distância do estádio e o outro tem uma classificação de avaliação um pouco menor do que este, então estou ferrado se quiser fazer a corrida novamente. Eu não acredito que este hotel verá melhorias porque o desenvolvimento econômico na área simplesmente não existe, então haveria pouco tráfego de hotel para compensar o custo de "consertar".

Believe the reviews!!!! This hotel was horrible. Not only was the lady at the front desk rude and not friendly at all. The ENTIRE hotel smells like cigarettes. The room is less than desirable, old, leaky ceilings and faucet, hair from prior guests still there, furniture dirty and ran down. Bathroom was clean but was also ran down like a convenience store bathroom. Bed covers clean and bed was comfortable for those who just want to go to sleep.

It was ok for an overnight stay. The view was pretty good. The entire hotel needs remodeling and updates galore. The bed/pillows were comfortable. I found it hilarious that there's a sign on the door informing customers of wearing a mask and you will not receive service unless wearing a mask, but the staff at the time of check in was not wearing a mask.

I stayed here on the night before Thanksgiving 2021 so that I could be near the Atlanta Track Club half marathon the next day. The entire hotel had a cigarette smoke smell. My room was definitely in need of some renovation work so I would say that this would go for all the other rooms too. I opened the closet door and it started to fall to the floor, so I placed back up and decided that it would be a good idea. The TV remote control was filthy. The gunk on it was from months and month of not being wiped off. The TV screen had LED pixels that weren’t working and the picture quality was bad, as if the TV was about to die any day now. The rooms had other problems but what really stood out was the person at the front desk that morning. I asked if I could have a late checkout because I was going to be cutting it close with finishing the race, making it back to the room, and checking out. I was only asking for 30 minutes past checkout time. She said “no”. If I was going to be there past checkout time I was going to be charge $40. Okay, so I understand, but what I didn’t understand was her attitude and negative energy. She was cold hearted and rude. I didn’t give in to her negative energy, I stayed positive and polite, and told her to charge it my card. Later that morning when I was checking out, I past by the front desk to let her know I was checking out and wished her a “good day.” She checked the computer, entered something from the keyboard, and said I was all set. A few days later when I check my credit card transactions, I saw that she had only charged me $25 instead of $40. I believe that was what she was doing when I was saying goodbye that morning. This is the reason for the two stars instead of one. I started not to write this review because of the focus on an individual. There are only two hotels in within walking distance from the stadium and the other has a slightly lower review rating than this one, so I’m screwed if I ever want to do the race again. I don’t believe this hotel will see any improvements because the economic development in the area just isn’t there so there would be little hotel traffic to offset the “fix up” cost.

El peor hotel que me he hospedado,estaba sucio,las sábanas tenían pelos y restos de comida,tenía peste a cigarro.la bañadera no tenía cortina. Solo un jabón muy pequeño para 4 personas.

Carpet was saturated by the air conditioner. There was also a leak or something causing the carpet & doorway to the bathroom to be wet as well. Room smelled so bad. Didn’t feel the least bit clean in there. There was mold or mildew on the ceiling. We both left there with multiple respiratory symptoms. Would not recommend.

Cuando llegue el hotel tenía dañado el aire acondicionado de las áreas comunes pero los de la habitación estaban bien me tocó una recepcionista muy simpática ayer en la noche esta cerca del centro de la ciudad la verdad me gustó

Bueno llevamos aquí 3 días el servicio al cliente excelente lo único la limpieza de los cuarto mejor no digo nada para bien entendedor pocas palabras bastan ni le pasan un vacum a la alfombra y para completar ya son dos días que nos pasa lo mismo con la llave que no funciona la arreglan y lo único que dicen es disculpa todo disculpa

Ubicación es ok. Desayuno es pasable. Cuarto esta bien para un dia y el servicio mas o menos.

Muy mal hotel. Las habitaciones están sucias todo el tiempo, todo es muy viejo. No cambian las sabanas, a pesar de que se le solicito por 4 días seguidos que lo hicieran. El desayuno es muy malo. Y el personal nunca sabe lo que debe hacer o lo que está haciendo.
