Quarto básico com 2 camas de casal. O quarto estava limpo, o banheiro precisa de uma limpeza profunda, pois tinha algum mofo. Tinha quartos conjugados que era bom, pois havia 12 de está hospedado por isso foi um ponto de encontro agradável. Não use o Dennys, mas o restaurante anexo é uma ótima comodidade.

Basic room with 2 double beds. Room was clean, bathroom needs deep clean as it had some mold. Had adjoining rooms which was nice as there were 12 of is staying so it was a nice meeting point. Didn't use the Dennys but restraunt attached is a nice amenitie.

Prós: Funcionários simpáticos e receptivos. Camas confortáveis. Localização decente.Contras: Não é o lugar mais limpo e poderia usar alguma atualização. Eu vi uma pequena barata no chão do banheiro nas duas manhãs em que fiquei. Havia resíduos verdes na cabeça do chuveiro, cabelo no tapete do chuveiro que não era meu, manchas no chão do banheiro, canos empoeirados, pintura lascada/pintura desleixada nas paredes da sala principal e ao redor do espelho do banheiro e impressões de mãos gordurosas no as cabeceiras. O ar condicionado não soprava consistentemente ar frio como precisávamos durante a noite, e um som de gotejamento não rastreável continuava vindo do banheiro. Para o preço que pagamos, deveria haver um pequeno-almoço continental e tábua de engomar de tamanho normal (em vez da de tamanho médio).

Pros: Friendly, welcoming staff. Comfortable beds. Decent location. Cons: It's not the cleanest place and could use some updating. I saw a small roach on the bathroom floor both mornings I stayed. There was green residue on the shower head, hair in the shower mat that wasn't mine, stains around the bathroom floor, dusty pipes, chipping paint/sloppy painting on the main room walls and around the bathroom mirror, and greasy hand prints on the headboards. The air conditioning didn't consistently blow cold air like we needed overnight, and an untraceable dripping sound kept coming from the bathroom. For the price we paid, there should be a continental breakfast and full size ironing board (instead of the mid-size one).

Este deve ser o pior quarto, eu pessoalmente estive no curto período de tempo. O quarto cheirava a mofo quando entramos, tentei ligar o ar condicionado, e nunca ouvi um clique do ventilador estava soprando, enquanto esperava, abri a janela e eles tinham uma bela vista da área da baía, mas porque a janela lançar mais luz, eu vi lenços de papel enrolados no chão, não de mim, Olhando ao redor da cama, havia cascas de sementes de girassol e bolachas no tapete. Lembre-se, o ar ainda não tinha clicado com a gente na sala e está variando de 80 a 81 graus. Vá para o banheiro, o vaso sanitário tinha manchas de manchas e a banheira tinha uma marca de água colorida no fundo. Quando descemos as escadas, para dizer a eles que a governanta pelo nome "Natty", fez um trabalho horrível, o gerente não ficou surpreso e rude sobre nós reclamarmos ou ficarmos. Esse foi o mais rápido que eu fiz, fiquei sofrendo naquele hotel por aproximadamente 45 minutos. Eu nunca vou colocar um dedo do pé lá novamente. Minha irmã tem as fotos, vou tentar carregá-las mais tarde.

This has to be the worst room, I personally been in for the short period of time. The room smelled musty when we came in, I tried to turn the AC on, and never heard a click the the fan was blowing, while waiting, I opened the window and they had a beautiful view of the bay area, but because the window shed more light, I saw tissue balled up on the floor, not from me, Looking around the bed, there were sunflower seed shells and skittles on the carpet. Mind you, the air had not clicked on still with us being in the room and it's ranging 80-81 degrees. Go into the bathroom, the toilet had smear stains and the tub had a colored water mark sitting at the bottom. When we go down stairs, to tell them the housekeeper by the name "Natty", did a horrific job, the manager was not surprised and rude about us complaining about or staying conditions. That was the fastest I checked out, was suffering in that hotel for approximately 45 minutes. I won't ever set a toe there again. My sister has the pics, I'll try to load them later.

As camas e travesseiros eram muito confortáveis e os lençóis e roupas de cama eram tão macios. Os quartos precisam de alguma atualização, mas era muito limpo. O hotel parece que está realmente reformando um pouco. Eu não tinha estado aqui desde que eles construíram, mas ainda é bom. A equipe foi muito simpática - a equipe do dia foi super doce. A banheira em nosso quarto foi jetted e funcionou muito bem. Água quente quente e grande pressão da água ao redor. A piscina coberta e a banheira de hidromassagem eram agradáveis, e fornecem toalhas aconchegantes para os hóspedes. A vista é ótima também, do lado da baía. Está conectado ao Dennys, então você nem precisa sair para chegar lá. Há também um shopping center ao lado, por conveniência, e uma pequena lanchonete ligada ao lobby do hotel. Eu também gosto que eles forneçam caddies de bagagem, por isso é mais fácil. Eu costumo tirar toneladas de fotos, mas não fizemos desta vez porque era apenas para descontrair e relaxar juntos. Obrigado por um lindo fim de semana juntos!

We came to Ocean City for a work conference and the hotel staff helped us print out documents for our business. The staff was phenomenal with everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely return to Comfort Inn Gold Coast, 11201 Coastal Hwy, Ocean City, MD 21842.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the sheets and bedding was SO soft. The rooms need some updating but it was really clean. The hotel seems like it's actually remodeling a bit. I hadnt been here since they first built it but its still nice. The staff was really friendly- the day staff was extra super sweet. The tub in our room was jetted and worked really well. Hot hot water and great water pressure all around. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice, and they provide cozy towels for guests. The view is great too, of the bay side. It's connected to Dennys, so you don't even have to go outside to get there. There is also a shopping center next door, for convenience, and a little snack shop connected to the hotel lobby. I also like that they provide luggage caddies so it's easier. I usually take tons of photos but we didnt this time because it was just to unwind and relax together. Thanks for a lovely weekend away together!

Plenty of parking, spacious room, adjacent to Dennys reataurant. Nice walk to beach 2-3 blocks, easy access to beach bus. I enjoyed the quietness and peace the bed was also comfy no stains on any of the sheets. Linen was clean. It was a little spot in the middle of window that made it hard to see out of and it seems the staff does not expect ppl to return. Its like hi thanks for visiting bye.

The staff was very nice and polite. Due to the ongoing problem with the virus the room was never cleaned or sanitized. Furniture and carpeting were old and out of date; something you would find in a cheap hotel/motel. Pool/exercise rooms were closed and no room service. Telephone in room didn't work. The hallway and room had a very unpleasant smell.

There is close beach access and free parking. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower, and the water was scalding hot and would not cool for showers. Large gap beneath door meant a lot of noise from other guests.

Bed bugs and it was dirty!!!!! If i was more rested i wouldve left immediately. They were nice enough to switch me to new room. But it was filthy with hair and dead mosquitos behind the bed.

First time there. No complaints for a basic room/traveling on a small-ish budget. Had a view of the bay which is what I requested/expected and was quite nice. Room was a bit chilly, and adjusting the heat didn't help because the air blowing out of the unit remained cool. Probably because it's not late fall/winter yet.

Clean, convenient, plenty of parking, friendly staff. Appreciate having the convenience of the appliances... microwave, fridge, iron, etc... Could definitely have better coffee in the rooms. All the appliances are so convenient and great to have right there... but whatever the coffee brand is, it's not very good. That is really the only negative thing I can say about your hotel :)

This hotel was terrible, there was nothing to like. The bath/shower did not drain, the windows were so covered in film you could not see out, the TV didn't work. I requested one bed and they gave me two. Piles of dirty rags at the entrance no matter the time of day. The bed and pillows were unbearable.

I have been a guest at this hotel for over 8 years.This year, my stay was not pleasant due to the mice scampering in my room. Even though my room was changed,we were unable to feel comfortable. I think a refund should be in order.
