“The room is nice, the waitress in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. The reception staff (one lady) was totally disinterested, and preferred to answer 3 phone calls before acknowledging me! The bar is a joke, I wanted a bottle of water, apparently there was none in the bar,luckily the lovely waitress was able to provide me with one! As for the food! I had pork cutletts that were overcooked ,tough and served in an insipid sauce!Don't waste your money, go down the street for a reasonably priced and tasty meal!!”

“My sister and I had booked a weekend gateway, the cleanliness of the hotel is amazing. Breakfast too expensive for what you get, but overall it was a nice experience. However on the last night we’ve decided to hire a car and park it at the hotel parking, we got the keys but was never told that it’s 13€ per night, until the morning. Which isn’t nice as there no I for anywhere on reception in English regarding this.. very poor. When we spoke to the guy at the reception in the morning he was arguing with us that parking at hotels is chargeable all over the world… so I leave it there.. not impressed. The whole stay was ruined with this experience. Not coming back.”
