Gostei do hotel, mas não gostei do atendimento da parte dos rapazes que roubaram-me o dinheiro do cartão, essa história terminou muito mal para mim,porque mancharam a reputação do hotel, paguei 514.11 usd,por 1 dia , e por ter feito chamada internacional, absurdo, é terem roubado o meu dinheiro todo do cartão, vão pagar por esses prejuízo, não gostei disso, para nada, nunca fui roubada em nenhum hotel como fui roubada nesse,enfim isso é América, país dos caduco.acho que a direcção do hotel, devia prestar mais atenção a essas coisas, porque sinceramente, fui Obrigada a pagar mas do que o devido respeito, espero muito provavelmente não confundirem muito os clientes que aí recorrem.entrei sábado e fiquei sem o dinheiro grande roubalheira, não voltem a fazer isso com ninguém. Se não tenham fundos para gerir o vosso hotel não roubem dos visitantes.

Bom aeroporto, funcional, fácil de se deslocar no trem entre as áreas de embarque. O food court traz os suspeitos de sempre mas da para tomar café e comprar livros além da auto ajuda e evangélicos. Nos EUA as pessoas ainda leem jornais o que facilita para compra -los em vários lugares.

I travel for work a lot and have Gold status with Marriott BonVoy.In all my years of travel, this is the first time that my room was downgraded.I made the reservation weeks in advance.I checked in online two days ahead.When I got to the hotel, I was put in a room that was clearly downgraded with no explanation.When I inquired about it I was told that they were sold out and there is nothing they could do.How about just giving me the room I originally requested?My co-workers, who arrived after I did, received the room that that they (and I requested).The worst part is that the person working the front desk could not have cared any less!

Tarian checked me out at the front desk & she was so friendly & cheery. I found this to be a nice surprise considering the extremely early hour! The courtesy shuttle service was a great option. Early morning driver was especially friendly & polite. Room wasn't bad, but I was surprised by a big hole in the carpet! King sized bed was comfy. Felt hot when I first entered, which seemed strange when I saw the thermostat at 68. Turned it down as far as it would go, 65, which seemed to help, but really wasn't as cold as I would have imagined!. Even though the hotel is in view of the airport, sure seemed like we were going in circles to reach it, but could have been my fatigue & anxiousness to reach hotel! Only stayed overnight, so no time to check out amenities or food, but I would stay again! The room was good sized & comfortable overall.

This was my first stay at this Marriott, lots of parking for guests, the front desk staff greets you with a friendly smile, provides lots of needed information about the Hotel many services. The onsite restaurant, executive lounge and bar definitely provides lots of food and beverages options. My room, average size enough sapce for a short stay with a king bed and sofa. Didn't see a security safe, so if you have valuable check with the front desk. Also very close to the airport with available hotel shuttle service. I would definitely say here again.

This place never disappoints! From the front desk attendants to the guests, to the bartenders! Fun. It’s old school hospitality. Corey and Ernesto are incredible bartenders. Attention to detail. We received a room upgrade to a beautiful Suite overlooking the runway. Thanks for making me believe that hospitality is not dead.

Hotel is right at the airport, which is extremely convenient. Shuttle runs 24 hours every 15 minutes.. The rooms or the room that I had was updated. However the shower had zero water pressure. When I complained at night they said sorry but no other rooms available. When I complained at check out in the morning they joked and said ( they forgot to pay the water bill) ————— I received an email from Nickay Green |Senior Rooms Operations Manager Rooms Department. Stating I should reach out to discuss the issue I had during my stay. I emailed, called and left messages. I never received a response back!!!

Aeropuerto de fácil acceso,con todas las felicidades de transportación,en bus,trenes,taxis,etc Expresos a New York y movimientos de una terminal a otra gratis,también a los hoteles y parqueos,todos los servicios de transporte dentro del aeropuerto gratis.

This hotel is an interesting place to stay. I have a friend who lives out of state that flies in every other month to visit and we stay here. He usually gets a room with a view of the airport so you can watch the planes taking off and in the distance you can either see the NYC skyline or downtown Newark skyline. It has amazing views. It's a huge hotel tons of people coming and going. We usually sit in the lobby/bar area have a few drinks and people watch. It's an extremely clean hotel and very modern. These weren't my best pictures the other time we stayed here we had a better view but the flash on my camera messed up the pictures.

The hotel is very nice, a few thing I found that I didn't like, rooms are very small for what you pay. There is no fridge no safe or microwave and I understand, this is for layovers, pilots and stewards but a nice view of the airport with the planes taking off and landing. Rooms are up to date service was good with a smile. Overall it was a good stay and I would return. Final note: I did ask for the larger king room, rooms are also sound proof from the airplane noise, you hear nothing.

Thank you to an awesome bar crew: Ernesto, Hector and Korey! Five days of great service with a smile, thank you! Plus, great waitstaff on the Aviation Grill. Otherwise, a good hotel on the airport grounds with a free shuttle to terminals. Clean, serviceable rooms. The perfect place when you need it.

Nos alojamos solo una noche, por un problema con un vuelo en el aeropuerto de Newark. La sensación fue muy buena, calidad precio muy correcto. Por ser navidad nos invitaron a vino y otros productos de calidad para comer. Recomendado.

Pedí indicaciones en el centro de información (obviamente preguntando si alguien hablaba español) y fui tratada bastante mal por parte de un hombre quien ni siquiera me daba la cara para hablarme. Si tienen un centro de información,mínimo que el trato sea cordial o amable

Hotel Marriott, me hacen sentir muy especial. El personal muy amable, si tendría que calificar, sería 10 estrellas. Estoy muy emocionada. Les recomiendo, en verdad, es maravillosa la experiencia. Bendiciones.
