“We booked a room and received a confirmation email, yet when we got there in the poring rain they said our booking was canceled without any reason and were now fully booked. They didn’t offer anything in return and didn’t offer to help out. We had to call 14 different hotels before finding a single one that had a room left on the other side of paris that was double the price.”
