This is a great hotel! I use it any time I'm traveling. The shuttle service to the airport is great and organized. The breakfast offers a wide variety of food and staff are on the ball. Love the front desk staff, they are always very friendly and eager to help with any inquiries or with anything to make your stay better. This is also my go to hotel if I am attending an event in Toronto. Easy to get to town from this location as it's close to the highway and you can even use public transportation from this spot. Very convenient. Rooms are always well maintained and clean. A few upgrades wouldn't hurt but over all you would not be disappointed. They're rates are also better than other locations that do don't even offer breakfast or microwaves in every room. Check it out for yourself.

This place exceeded our expectations. We thought we booked just another airport hotel, the lobby wasn't super comfortable, overall decor seemed average... but the rooms were fantastic. Spacious enough for us, SUPER clean, AMAZING comfortable beds and pillows, really exceeded expectations. Toiletries were really a nice touch (first time I've seen mouthwash, but a nice touch). Breakfast was overall somewhat average, but the waffles were delicious, and they had some decent options, and good juice selection. Free tea all day in the lobby, made up for the stiff couch, with a good selection of breakfast teas (although you had to pay for coffee). They also had a to-go breakfast option for those leaving before breakfast opened, so we actually were able to get a snack before breakfast opened (cos we were super jet lagged and I was starving at 5am). Staff were pleasant and friendly. Shuttle was super quick. The shuttle is on-call, so make sure you call when you land. Was not told ahead of time to call, so I figured it would be on the hour or something. Although when we checked out we were told the shuttle went on the hour... but we had to call for it, so I was a bit confused. But overall would recommend.

The staff are professional, accommodating, and friendly. I had a small issue and they immediately took care of me . The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and I love the amenities provided, especially the makeup remover wipes! The breakfasts are delicious, they have a large tea selection, and the breakfast area is kept very clean. I also love the restaurant attached to the property, they make delicious healthy wraps and the soups are amazing.

It's comfortable and very clean rooms, three floors building so expect very fast short trips using the elevator. Junk food vending machine is available, a 24 hour small exercise room if you have the time and energy to workout some stress. Near the airport I think it's less than 5 minutes drive hence the traffic lights. Also shuttle service is available, and easygoing front desk staff. Breakfast included. All in all I say nice and convenient.
