I wish I would have taken pics of the room they gave us. Phone was dead. But the room looked nothing like the pictures. It had no carpet. Bathroom was dirty, as soon as we opened the door there was a roach crawling by the showe area. No bathtub. Everything looked outdated. Not to mention the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in. Worst hotel experience in my life. Avoid it at all costs.

For everyone who may go here. There isn't a sign for the hotel on the roadway.Look for the driveway just before the a larger hotel lighted sign on it ( W).The sign for Industrial Way isn't reflective so you may miss it. The hotel sits off the road so you cannot see it from the highway. The hotel's agents at the front desk were Excellent.Extremely helpful.They are the reason I rated them a 3. The mattress was way, way to soft. It reminded me of the old waterbed that were of poor quality.

Quero agradecer pessoalmente ao Pedro Ortiz, o gerente de plantão quando minha família e eu nos hospedamos no Best Western Plus. Pedro fez o possível para ajudar a resolver um problema que eu tive com estacionar e deixar meu carro no hotel enquanto estávamos de férias. Ele foi muito profissional e justo. Eu realmente agradeço sua ajuda. O hotel em si era muito bom e extremamente perto do aeroporto. O serviço de transporte foi super fácil e o motorista foi muito bom. Como bônus, há um bar no hotel e recebi um ótimo serviço. Com certeza, ficaria lá novamente quando voar para fora de Newark. Obrigado

We ate at the Restaurant - it was great food, great service and fair prices! Our server Alexis provided 5 star service. This was our third time at the Best Western and the Crossroads Restaurant ! They offer an excellent Park, Sleep Fly package. The entire staff has always gone out of their way to make our stay memorable ! Thanks again !

I want to personally thank Pedro Ortiz, the manager on duty when my family and I stayed at the Best Western Plus. Pedro went out of his way to help resolve an issue I had with parking and leaving my car at the hotel while we were away on vacation. He was very professional and fair. I really appreciate his help. The hotel itself was very nice and extremely close to the airport. The shuttle service was super easy and the driver was very nice. As a bonus, there is a bar at the hotel and I received great service. I would definitely stay there again when flying out of Newark. Thanks

Clean, and fast check in and check out. Nice sized room with comfy bed Weird thing was the bathroom had a freestanding sink with nowhere to put your toiletries except a low coffee table tucked in the corner behind you 8 feet away. Strange idea. Airport shuttle was almost 20 minutes late. Probably overslept or something. Decently priced with good location to EWR airport. I'd still stay here again.

The shuttle service was fantastic. Vince was extremely helpful and courteous. He put all our bags in the van, even though it was raining! Cannot say enough about this service.

Not a bad stay. This location is very near the airport and is located behind the airport employee parking lot. The hotel is not within walking distance to anything and is in a shady area. You will need a car to get in and out. It's also hard to find, as an Uber driver wasn't sure where to go to get to the front of the hotel. They have a shuttle that takes you to the airport and short distances around the city. Staff were nice. The restaurant has some fairly decent options.

Do not stay here.We stayed one night on August 8, 2021. The hotel rooms are dark, dingy and dirty, the freezer of the refrigerator was filled with frost (we needed to use the freezer to keep ice packs frozen for our cooler for medication).Luckily, we were only staying one night.There is really nothing close by except the airport. The rest of the area is pretty run down. At around 8:30 the ceiling was shaking, we could hear loud music and yelling and jumping from a room above us.At 9:00 I tried calling the front desk and repeatedly received a busy signal.I got dressed and went down to the front desk and the woman at the desk said she would call the guests in the noisy room.Back in our room, there was no difference in the amount of noise.I tried calling the front desk and it was busy again.I went back down and on the way I met another guest who said the bathroom in her room was moldy and she was concerned because she has asthma. She was going to the vending machine to get something to eat and go to sleep.At the front desk I told the same clerk that we needed a different room.She gave us keys to a new room which I noticed was only a few doors down from the noisy room.When I asked about it, she said it was the only room they had left.So at 9:30, we packed up our things and moved to another room. The new room had a stale smoke smell, even though the hotel is smoke free.Luckily, we could not hear the noise from the other room. However, you can hear the train whistle throughout the night. The hotel’s restaurant is not open.We thought we would have a nice breakfast the next day, included in the cost of the room. Instead we received a bag breakfast with a cranberry muffin, a fruit and nut bar and a container of orange juice. There was coffee available which was good.The night staff was not overly courteous or concerned with customer service.Overall, it seems that the hotel should be totally renovated and new management.Not what I would expect from Best Western.

Imperdible! Súper buena atención....café..leche y yogurt las 24 horas. Las habitaciones súper grandes con microondas y amenidades. Súper elegible!

Limpio, amigables y te dan transportacion gratis a la estacion del tren y a otros lugares. Los recomiendo.
