A uma curta caminhada de restaurantes e lojas. Ótimo lugar para ficar! Geladeira e microondas nos quartos. As camas são muito confortáveis!

Nós gostamos de voltar a este Best Western por causa de sua localização. Fica perto dos estúdios, Universal, Paramount e a pé da Warner Brothers. O estacionamento coberto é gratuito, os televisores têm controle máximo de volume, permitindo que a estadia no quarto seja mais agradável. É conveniente ter uma variedade de ofertas de café da manhã quente e frio antes de sair. Os funcionários da recepção fazem de tudo para tornar a sua estadia o mais confortável possível. Booked this room for less than an hour before realizing we needed to cancel. (Same Day Reservation) Never stepped foot on this property. Called and spoke to the manager. I explained our situation and he absolutely did not care. Would not refund the stay. Terrible Management! It felt like the manager was enjoying our discomfort. Stay away!

We enjoy returning to this Best Western because of its location. It is close to the studios, Universal, Paramount, and walking distance to Warner Brothers. Covered parking is free, televisions have maximum volume control, allowing in room stay to be more pleasant. It's convenient to have a variety of cold and hot breakfast offerings before heading out. Front desk staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Both franchise and local eateries are within walking distance.

From check in to check out the staff makes you feel like you are the most important guest in the place. Nick and Andrew are the most amazing front desk personnel anywhere. They always seem to remember their guests year after year. The lobby is very welcoming and comfortable (extremely clean). The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. Housekeeping staff was always friendly and courteous. The hotel is located a block from the Warner Brothers Studio Tour. An easy walk. Universal Studios is only a mile and a half from this hotel. Hollywood Blvd is only a five minute car ride away. The Los Angeles Zoo and the Gene Autry Museum are only a couple of miles away. The Media Suites is very centrally located to so many attractions, it is the best place to stay to see so many attractions. Also, a big bonus is the free underground parking. Staying at the Best Western Media Inn & Suites is like staying at your home away from home!!!
