“Este hotel estaba realmente sucio. No podía creer lo que encontré en este lugar. Bueno, el baño en sí era asqueroso. Desde mostradores manchados de café hasta bañeras sucias. El desayuno ya no se sirve por co-vid19. Los niños parecían amar la piscina. Sin embargo, el agua es rastreada a través del vestíbulo por los niños que corren desde la piscina. Las camas son duras.”

“Honestly this is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had! Service desk is not very helpful or get things done in a timely manner. Pool has no signs saying you need to speak to front desk due to Covid restrictions. And to add to it my wife goes to take a shower and we had no hot water. Guests are not respecting COVID precautions and the staff do nothing about it. The remote for our TV is broken and 3 pillows on the bed. I expected way more for a suit. The worst $200 for a weekend get away I have spent. I recently spent almost 2 months at a best western in Nebraska for business and that stay was phenomenal. But this hotel is lacking some seriously needed attention. When we leave we will not be back to this establishment!”
