O hotel é bom, embora eu não entenda bem porque tem 4 estrelas, não deve ser mais que 3. Uma vantagem muito grande pelo fato de você poder deixar sua bagagem antes do check-in. Delicioso café da manhã em um cenário de vidro interessante, gostaria de saber se não será muito frio no inverno. Eu recomendo o hotel.

El hotel está bien, aunque no entiendo muy bien por qué tiene 4 estrellas, no debería ser más de 3. Un plus muy grande por el hecho de que puedes dejar el equipaje antes del check-in. Delicioso desayuno en un interesante paisaje de cristal, me pregunto si no hará demasiado frío en invierno. Recomiendo el hotel.

Como é um hotel 4 estrelas fiquei um pouco decepcionado. Tudo estava limpo até agora e a cama era confortável, mas o quarto parecia muito pequeno para mim e o ar condicionado estava quebrado, de modo que o quarto estava muito abafado.

Durante a minha última viagem de negócios ao Luxemburgo, fiquei num quarto duplo clássico no anexo do Grand Hotel Victor Hugo. A estadia foi excelente, e devido às temperaturas do verão apreciei particularmente o ar condicionado e as persianas. O quarto espaçoso e limpo tinha uma cama excelente, uma TV de tela plana grande, uma chaleira para fazer café ou chá e um frigobar que pode ser usado como uma pequena geladeira. O WiFi gratuito sempre funcionou bem e a espaçosa cabine de chuveiro no banheiro foi uma vantagem final. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e profissionais e o buffet de pequeno-almoço oferece uma boa qualidade e variedade.No entanto, houve alguns pequenos inconvenientes que me impedem de dar a pontuação máxima. Achei irritante que o cofre do quarto não funcionasse, o que significava que eu não podia guardar meu laptop com segurança à noite. O secador de cabelo também não funcionou. A cama de casal na verdade consiste em duas camas de solteiro unidas (embora com um excelente colchão) e o anexo é um edifício sem alma. No entanto, se eu fosse visitar Luxemburgo novamente, ficaria feliz em ficar neste hotel, embora eu considere atualizar para o edifício principal. Os preços são um pouco mais baixos em comparação com hotéis de redes semelhantes em Kirchberg.O Grand Hotel Victor Hugo é uma excelente base para viajantes a lazer e negócios. O bonde gratuito pára quase em frente ao hotel (parada do teatro) e o carro pode ser estacionado mais barato na praça próxima (Glacis). A tarifa no Glacis é de 1 euro por hora durante a semana entre as 8h e as 18h e é gratuita fora deste horário e nos fins de semana. O centro de Luxemburgo é facilmente acessível a pé e a dois minutos a pé você encontrará dois supermercados (Cactus e Monop' ambos abertos das 7h às 20h).

During my last business trip to Luxembourg, I stayed in a classic double room in the annex to the Grand Hotel Victor Hugo. The stay was excellent, and because of the summer temperatures I particularly appreciated the air conditioning and the window shutters. The spacious and clean room had an excellent bed, a large flat screen TV, a kettle to make coffee or tea and a minibar that can be used as a small fridge. The free WiFi always worked fine and the spacious shower cabin in the bathroom was a final plus. Staff were friendly and professional and the breakfast buffet offered a good quality and variety. However, there were some minor drawbacks that prevents me from giving the top score. I found it annoying that the safe in the room did not work, which meant that I could not safely store my laptop in the evening. The hairdryer did not work either. The double bed actually consists of two joined single beds (though with an excellent mattress) and the annex is a rather soulless building. Nevertheless, if I were to visit Luxembourg again, I would be happy to stay at this hotel, although I would consider upgrading to the main building. Prices are a tad lower compared to similar chain hotels in Kirchberg. The Grand Hotel Victor Hugo is a great base for both leisure and business travellers. The free tram stops almost in front of the hotel (Theater stop) and the car can be parked cheaply on the nearby square (Glacis). The rate at Glacis is 1 euro per hour on weekdays between 8 AM and 6 PM and is free outside these hours and on weekends. The centre of Luxembourg is easily accessible on foot and two minutes’ walk away you will find two supermarkets (Cactus and Monop' both open from 7 AM to 8 PM).

Bom valor para o dinheiro ! O hotel está bem localizado: com a estação de bonde a 2 minutos, pontos de ônibus e o estacionamento glacis nas proximidades. A cama é muito confortável. O quarto é limpo e equipado, mas um pouco pequeno. A decoração do quarto é ok. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e profissionais.

Nice location, but be careful if the entertainment park is there (it is an annual event), as it is very close and you can here people screaming till 23:00. It wasn’t a problems for us, but minus one point for a very stuffy room, where A/C was so old, that it was very loud, but did not cool the place at all. Opening windows would let all the street noises in as well, where busses and cars go starting from the early morning.

Good hotel that is well placed for nearby restaurants. Easy to walk around the city. Rooms are well appointed and clean! The hotel manager was very helpful before and after our arrival. We enjoyed our visit to Luxembourg!! 3 weeks ago, we drive all the way to Luxembourg and the hotel were closed we came back home sad and mad because of the situation, but Best Western Plus Victor Hugo hotel honored their commitment extending the invitation to us so we can explore the beautiful Luxembourg and we did! Thank you!!!

Staff great. Good check in, helpful tips for seeing the city. Room was clean, but I paid for a superior double, and coming away, I'm not sure what that meant. Perhaps because there was a bath, that was too high for us both.The plug being in the middle just where you stand. The air con was really loud, on, off on off, and when set on a mellow flow, it was useless. So hot and stuffy we had to open the window, our room was toward the street and the noise!!!! The tv was very poor quality, and few channels. How can that be these days?? No sleep for us. 😑

We got the Junior suite on the main building, it was great, very spacious room, the shades blocked the sunlight 100%, the matres and shower was great. The hotel seems to be rather small, the reception was very nice, we got a map and recommendations at check in time. City Center is around 10 minutes walking

De Desayuno Gratuito , nada de nada ,a mi me cobraron lapasada Semana santa de 2018 ,15euros por dia desde luego bastante completo (pero son 15euros) y la habitación 110 euros noche y además como ¿ parece ser que estaban completos ? tienen justo en la acera de enfrente un complemento más pequeño y alli te pasan.

Staff are nice but the room is very small. No ramp for entrance, had to carry the luggage and the baby-stroller up from the street to the reception. 5 mins to center by bus. Bus stop few meters from hotel. Nothing like Best Western in other cities.

Really clean and good size rooms. Closed to the town center with massive public car park free at WE. Free shuttle bus to the town center from the car park. Breakfast really good even for a continental one. Scramble eggs, sausages and bacon plus usual smoked salmon and cheese.... Will definitely recommend this Best Western.

Malo! Nos vendieron una habitación a sabiendas de que dentro del mismo hotel había una máquina que hacía un ruido infernal. Tuvimos que quejarnos seriamente para que el mismo hotel apague la máquina y no nos querian cambiar de habitación.

Hotel looks nice and people are friendly. However if you are unlucky and get one of the rooms facing the street you'll probably have some difficulties sleeping due to the noise (and I usually can sleep anywhere -- including planes!). Also take into consideration that they have no car-park and the roads around are paid per hour (from 8h-18h) with a maximum stay of a couple hours.
