Esta é uma propriedade excelente. O atendimento ao cliente está além das minhas expectativas. Um grito para Tiana que me ajudou, assim como Amy e o gerente geral assistente Justin. Recomendo vivamente este hotel pelos seus quartos luxuosos, serviço ao cliente e o bar é excelente. O café da manhã é excelente! Se você estiver viajando para Colorado Springs, este é o único lugar para ficar.

This is an outstanding property. The customer service is beyond my expectations. A shout-out to Tiana who helped me as well as Amy and the assistant general manager Justin. I highly recommend this hotel for its upscale rooms, customer service, and the bar is great. The breakfast is outstanding! If you are traveling to Colorado Springs this is the only place to stay.

This place is AMAZING! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend to everyone and I will be back to stay again!

Eu viajo a trabalho. Só precisava de uma noite. Perguntei ao homem pesado com uma máscara branca suja se eles aceitavam dinheiro. Ele revirou os olhos e disse não. Estou vestida apropriadamente. Não precisa ser tão rude porque não confio em você com meu cartão. Essa é minha escolha. Não é para você ser tão rude às 21h30. Horrível. E este homem nem estava limpo. Ou organizado. Ele parecia um desleixado.

Este lugar é INCRÍVEL! Este é o hotel mais limpo em que eu já fiquei! O café da manhã foi ótimo, eles tinham toneladas de opções todos os dias. A equipe é muito simpática e está disposta a atender às necessidades que você possa ter. O hotel fica perto de restaurantes e de um posto de gasolina. Algumas atrações também não ficam muito longe do hotel! Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente!

I travel for work. Only needed the one night. I asked the heavy set man with a dirty white mask on if they accept cash. He rolled his eyes and said no. I am dressed appropriately. No need to be so rude because I don't trust you with my card. That's my choice. Not for you to be so rude at 930pm. Awful. And this man was not even clean. Or organized. He looked like a slob.

¡Este lugar es INCREÍBLE! ¡Este es el hotel más limpio en el que me he alojado! El desayuno era genial, tenían un montón de opciones cada día. El personal es muy amable y está dispuesto a satisfacer las necesidades que pueda tener. El hotel está cerca de restaurantes y una gasolinera. ¡Algunas atracciones tampoco están demasiado lejos del hotel! ¡Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo!

This place is AMAZING! This is the absolute cleanest hotel I’ve ever STAYED in! The breakfast was great, they had tons of options each day. The staff are so friendly and are willing to accommodate to needs you may have. The hotel is close to restaurants and a gas station. Some attractions are not too far from the hotel either! I would definitely stay here again!

Era um lugar agradável e com um bom ambiente. No entanto, eles bagunçaram a minha reserva três vezes. Eu reservei por telefone para uma estadia de duas noites. Fui cobrado mais do que a tarifa que reservamos, eles ajustaram isso e eu percebi que só me reservaram por uma noite. Eu indiquei para a senhora, ela disse que quando não fizermos o check-out na manhã seguinte, será cobrado no dia seguinte. Recebo um telefonema por volta das 12 horas de hoje, dizendo que deixamos nossas coisas no quarto, e eu os informei que seria uma estadia de duas noites. Eles disseram que estavam lotados e que precisávamos encontrar outro lugar para ficar. Def um inconveniente que tentei evitar, mas felizmente encontramos outro quarto em outra instalação rapidamente. Então voltamos para empacotar nossas coisas e nossa chave não funcionou, então fui até a recepção para obter acesso e ela foi meio rude como se a culpa fosse minha. Eu sei que a senhora ontem à noite era nova, levou muito tempo e muitos erros para nos verificar, mas, caramba, não seja rude sobre algo que eu não tinha controle. Tenho certeza de que o serviço deles é ótimo de outra forma.

It was a nice place and good atmosphere. However, They messed up my reservation three times. I booked via phone for a two night stay. I was charged more than the rate we reserved for, they adjusted that and I realized they only booked me for one night. I pointed it out to the lady, she said that when we don’t check out the next morning it will charge for the next day. I get a phone call around 12 today being told we left our stuff in the room in which I informed them it was a two night stay. They said they were fully booked and we needed to find another place to stay. Def an inconvenience I tried to avoid but thankfully we found another room at another facility quickly. So We headed back to pack our things and our key didn’t work so I went down to the front desk to get access and she was kind of rude like it was my fault. I know the lady last night was new, it took her a long time and lots of mistakes to check us in but damn, don’t be rude about something I didn’t have control over. I’m sure their service is great otherwise.

I have stayed here twice now and each time was great. The beds were really comfortable, Shower had great pressure and great shower head installed. The pool was a little small, but definitely served it's purpose. The exercise equipment seemed to be newer, and they had good evenings food/appetizers and beverages that were priced fairly. My only complaint would have to be the quality of the breakfast food. The food served for breakfast I would rate 3 stars. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel!

My stay has been nice because of a REALLY NICE &HELPFUL lady up at the front desk at night on the weekend. Still have a few days left here and I'm glad she's here. I will most likely be posting another great review when we leave.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating! We were there with a group for a wedding and they really hustled to make the weekend run smoothly for us, and were cheery the whole time. The breakfast was pretty good each morning! Delicious bacon, nondairy milk options too. Truly comfortable beds and other comfortable seating in our suite. Attentive housekeeping. Not to mention very close to fuel & restaurants.
