Pessoal super legal. Muito limpo. Café da manhã quente. Quarto espaçoso. Se eu pudesse dar mais de 5 estrelas eu daria.

Fiquei uma noite aqui e minha estadia foi absolutamente perfeita. Não consigo encontrar uma coisa que eu não gostei. Meu quarto era excepcionalmente limpo e a recepcionista da recepção foi muito simpática e profissional e prestativa. Há muito estacionamento nas instalações e o café da manhã gratuito foi bom. O café foi muito bom para mim. Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente se eu precisar ficar na área de Lancaster e definitivamente recomendo este hotel para quem precisa de um quarto na área.

I stayed one night here and my stay was absolutely perfect. I can't find one thing that I didn't like. My room was exceptionally clean and the front desk receptionist was really nice and professional and helpful. There is plenty of parking at the facility and the free morning breakfast was good. The coffee was really good to me. I would definitely stay here again if I need to stay in the Lancaster area and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a room in the area.

Hotel era nojento! Nosso quarto não estava limpo o tapete estava molhado quando chegamos. Travesseiros e cobertores tinham manchas. Minha filha vomitou na cama que tínhamos pedido cobertores novos para que eu pudesse limpar a pequena quantidade de vômito. Eles nos deram um saco para colocar os cobertores sujos e nos disseram que haveria uma taxa para a limpeza extra. Por que quando eu já limpei tudo, tudo o que eles tinham que fazer era lavar os cobertores que já estavam sujos no momento em que chegamos lá. Tudo o que eles precisavam fazer era a limpeza normal do quarto, o que obviamente eles nem podiam fazer. Nunca vou ficar aqui novamente!

Fiquei 3 noites para os quartos de trabalho são grandes, muito limpos, cama muito confortável com muitos travesseiros de boa qualidade, lençóis e toalhas novos. Microondas geladeira e cafeteira de xícara única. Não posso dizer coisas boas o suficiente sobre os funcionários da recepção. 10/10. Eles têm café da manhã gratuito todos os dias, o horário de trabalho não me permitiu desfrutar, mas tenho certeza que foi ótimo. O hotel é limpo área da piscina limpa. Segurança no estacionamento à noite. Mulher solteira e sempre me senti segura. Serviço de quarto diariamente. Estará de volta com certeza!! Obrigado a todos pelo trabalho árduo que você se orgulha de mostrar e é muito apreciado !!

Un hotel muy limpio el personal muy amable la zona súper accesible el desayuno muy bueno , en mi opinión si tiene 5 Estrellas , hemos estado en otros hoteles según de 5 Estrellas y dejan mucho que desear y están frente a Disney , gracias por su servicio.

Hotel was disgusting! Our room was not clean the carpet was wet when we arrived. Pillows and blankets had stains on them. My daughter threw up on the bed which we had asked for new blankets so I could clean up the little amount of throw up. They gave us a bag to put the dirty blankets in and told us there will be a charge for the extra clean up. Why when I cleaned up everything already, all they had to do is wash the blankets that were already dirty for the moment we got there. All they had to do is their normal clean of the room which obviously they can’t even do that. Will never stay here again!

Stayed 3 nights for work rooms are big, very clean, bed very comfortable with plenty of good quality pillows, new sheets and towels. Refrigerator microwave and single cup coffee maker. Can not say enough good things about the front desk employees. 10/10. They have free breakfast everyorning, work timing did not allow me to enjoy, but I'm sure it was great. The hotel is clean pool area clean. Security in parking lot at night. Single female and always felt safe. Room service daily. Will be back forsure!! Thank you everyone for the hard work you take pride in it shows and is much appreciated!!

O representante da recepção foi incrível! Todo o staff do hotel foi muito simpático. Os quartos eram limpos e assim foram todos os outros arredores. Viemos pelo parque aquático valeu a pena.

The front desk representative was amazing! All of the hotel staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and so were all of the other surroundings. We came for the water park it was worth it.

Em 04/05/22, tentei ligar e falei muito gentilmente com uma jovem na recepção para falar com um gerente sobre cobranças estranhas no cartão de crédito do meu filho depois de ser hóspede. Houve uma taxa de US$ 185 e uma taxa de US$ 714,00. Ele teve 1 dia e voltou e ficou 2 dias. Essas acusações já foram retiradas. A jovem foi muito curta comigo me disse para ligar de volta no dia seguinte para um gerente. Eu fiz. Desta vez, a mesma jovem disse que era supervisora. Perguntei a ela sobre as acusações. Ela disse que havia manchas em 2 toalhas grandes e 2 panos que não iriam sair, então eles cobraram $ 185. Uau! Perguntei a ela por que as toalhas estavam tão altas? Então ela me disse que não viu uma taxa extra de US $ 714,00. Mas, enquanto falava, falava muito rápido e muito rude. Ela me disse que eles podem cobrar o quanto quisessem no Best Western por 4 toalhas. Ela me disse que não precisava explicar nada e que não sabia por que US $ 714 foram cobrados no cartão dele. Eu pedi a ela que, por favor, diminuísse a velocidade e me explicasse claramente. Porque ela parecia zangada e estava falando muito rápido de novo. Como se ela não quisesse ajudar. Ela começou a agir de forma mais irracional e começou a gritar comigo. Nesse ponto, eu estava frustrado com o comportamento dela, mas não ia me rebaixar ao nível dela. Eu disse a ela que ela era rude e ela precisava praticar um melhor atendimento ao cliente. Perguntei o nome dela, e ela desligou o telefone na minha cara. Fiquei chocado. Nunca experimentei um atendimento ao cliente tão ruim. Sem paciência. Mentir sobre carregadores fraudulentos e quem ela é. Não daria o nome dela. Assim como a falta de atendimento ao cliente e atenção para me auxiliar. Se este fosse o cartão de crédito dela, ela ficaria preocupada e gostaria que o hotel a ajudasse! Acho que há atividade fraudulenta e mau serviço neste hotel e isso precisa ser resolvido! Sou empresário há anos. Tenho vários funcionários. Eu nunca permitiria que eles se dirigissem aos clientes dessa maneira. E se a atividade fraudulenta está sendo questionada sobre isso deve ser resolvida rapidamente. Já viajei e fiquei em muitos hotéis, e nunca experimentei algo assim! Eu minha minha família nunca ficaria aqui novamente!

On 5/4/22 I tried calling and I spoke very kindly to a young lady at the front desk to speak to a manager about strange charges on my son’s credit card after being a guest. There was a $185 charge and a $714.00 charge. He had 1 day and came back and stayed 2 days. Those charges were taken out already. The young lady was very short with me told me to call back the next day for a manager. I did. This time the same young lady said she was a supervisor. I asked her about the charges. She said there was stains on 2 large towels and 2 wash cloths that were not going to come out, so they charged $185. Wow! I asked her why was the towels so high? Then she told me she didn’t see a $714.00 extra charge at all. But as she was speaking she was talking very fast and very rude. She told me they can charge as much as they wanted at Best Western for 4 towels. She told me that she didn’t have to explain anything, and that she didn’t know why $714 was charged on his card. I asked her to please slow down and to explain it to me clearly. Because she sounded angry and was talking very fast again. Like she didn’t want to assist. She started acting more irrational and started yelling at me.At this point I was frustrated at her behavior, but I wasn’t going to stoop to her level. I told her that she was rude and she needed to practice better customer service. I asked for her name, and she hung up the phone in my face. I was shocked. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service. No patience. Lying about fraudulent chargers and who she is. Would not give her name. As well the lack of customer care and attention to assist me. If this was her credit card she would be concerned and would like the hotel to help her! I think there is fraudulent activity and poor service at this hotel and this needs to be addressed! I have been a business owner for years. I have several employees. I would never allow them to address customers this way. And if fraudulent activity is being asked about this should be taken care of swiftly. I’ve traveled and stayed in many hotels, and I have never experienced anything like this! Myself our my family would never stay here again!
