Hospedado aqui em novembro. Eu entendo com toda a ambição19 que eles têm que tomar alguns cuidados, mas eu disse que estávamos lá para nadar. Eles disseram que só 4 pessoas ok 2 pessoas saíram, então minhas filhas iam nadar, eles disseram que não, apenas 4 pessoas? Então o desjejum tinha comida vencida na sacola. Paguei mais de $ 100 pela senhora atrás do balcão (cabelo preto e ruivo) para nos fazer sentir como se fôssemos um inconveniente, porque eu disse a ela que a comida estava vencida e eu queria que meus filhos nadassem. Que piada! Ainda estou esperando uma resposta corporativa.

Me alojé aquí en noviembre. Entiendo que con todo el covid19 tienen que tomar ciertas precauciones pero les dije que estábamos allí para nadar. Dijeron que solo 4 personas estaban bien 2 personas se fueron, entonces mis hijas iban a nadar dijeron que no solo 4 personas? Entonces el desayuno tenía comida caducada en la bolsa. Pagué más de $ 100 por la señora detrás del mostrador (cabello negro y rojo) para que nos sintiéramos como un inconveniente porque le dije que la comida estaba vencida y que quería que mis hijos naden. ¡Que broma! Todavía estoy esperando noticias corporativas.

Stayed here in November. I understand with the whole covid19 they have to take certain precautions but I told them we were there to swim. They said only 4 people ok 2 people left then my daughters were going to swim they said no only 4 people? Then the breakfast had expired food in the bag. Paid over $100 for the lady behind the counter (black and red hair) to make us feel like we were an inconvenience because I told her the food was expired and I wanted my kids to swim. What a joke! Still waiting to hear from corporate.

After a horrible experience with another motel, we ended up here for our last night. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly. The beds are so soft and the pillows are fluffy. We will definitely be back.

Além do gerente, Vicky e um homem do turno da noite (não sabia o nome dele), a equipe foi muito rude. Se houvesse qualquer outro hotel decente em Antioquia, eu ficaria feliz em ficar lá, eles meio que têm um monopólio nesta área. É triste que a equipe destrua o lugar inteiro.

Other than the manager, Vicky and a man on nightshift(didn’t get his name), the staff was very rude. If there was any other decent hotel in Antioch I would gladly stay there, they just sort of have a monopoly in this area. It’s sad that the staff ruins the entire place.

Reservé mi estadía a través de Hotel.com, la experiencia del sitio web fue fácil de usar, eficiente y asequible. Personal educado y profesional. Fácil registro. La piscina y el comedor están cerrados debido a Covid. La habitación estaba muy limpia y nos sentimos bien hasta que revisamos las camas y encontramos varias chinches y huevos de larva. Inmediatamente informamos a los agentes de recepción que fueron encontrados y se disculparon amablemente. Nos ofrecieron otra habitación, pero no nos sentimos cómodos alojándonos en otra habitación, así que nos marchamos de inmediato. Hotel.com fue absolutamente INCREÍBLE al volver a reservarnos una estadía en otro hotel cercano sin cargo adicional y nos devolvió la diferencia. Nos brindaron un excelente servicio al cliente cuando la situación parecía que iba a tener un resultado horrible. Lección aprendida ... ¡Siempre asegúrese de buscar chinches!

Reservei minha estadia através do Hotel.com, a experiência do site foi fácil de usar, eficiente e acessível. Pessoal educado e profissional. Check-in fácil. Piscina e área de refeições fechadas devido à Covid. O quarto era muito limpo e me senti bem até que verificamos as camas e encontramos vários percevejos e ovos de larva. Nós imediatamente informamos os agentes da recepção que eles foram encontrados e eles pediram desculpas educadamente. Eles nos ofereceram outro quarto, mas não nos sentimos confortáveis em outro quarto, então fizemos o check-out imediatamente. O Hotel.com foi absolutamente INCRÍVEL ao nos remarcar uma estadia em outro hotel próximo sem nenhum custo extra e devolveu a diferença. Prestaram-nos um excelente serviço ao cliente quando a situação parecia ter um desfecho horrível. Lição aprendida ... Certifique-se sempre de verificar se há percevejos!

Booked my stay through Hotel.com the website experience was easy to use, efficient and affordable. Polite and professional staff. Easy check in. Pool and dinning area closed due to Covid. The room was Very clean and felt fine until we checked the beds and found several bed bugs and larva eggs. We immediately informed the front desk agents that they were found and they politely apologized. They offered us another room but we did not feel comfortable staying in another room so we checked out right away. Hotel.com was absolutely AMAZING in rebooking us a stay at another nearby hotel for no extra charge and gave a refund of the difference. They gave us great customer service when the situation seemed like it was gonna have a horrible outcome. Lesson learned...Always make sure to check for bed bugs!

It is so hot in my room! Its 73 out and 76% humidity right now. 2:30am. And I cannot sleep because my room won't cool. So hot in the hallway too. I called the front desk and they offered me to change rooms. Not at 230 in the morning. It's a shame because the first time we stayed here we definitely didn't have this problem.
