“The place is amazing, the people when you talk to them are nice, the view the vibes, but when you pay for a 5 stars hotel, you expect a 5 star service, it is been literally hour and a half, since a requested a kettle of hot water to make some milk for the baby.I missed the breakfast time at their cottage, it ruinedmy plans schedule for the day, just to wait for a kettle of hot water.Apart from some guy knocking the door at 4 am saying I ordered a sandwich, while I was sleeping and then I woke up to find that sandwich hanging at the door handle.It is not a family friendly service wise, if you have young kidsthat require formula or hot water to make their food, also they don’t provide kids food, or something you could mash like rice or plain pasta to make something for the kid, not even a basic mashed potatoes, you better bring your own kettle/boiler before you visit this property.I had food in their cottage, some dishes felt really tasty like chia pudding, most of the dishes had weird taste to them, the people on the cottage are really nice, nicest people in the hotel I would say.Probably all slow treatment because I’m not a white person, as I noticed other commenters say it, it is clear now.Room looked clean, but full of animal hair on the floor, dusty tables, cleanness is not their strong suit.If I was a single non allergic guy I would’ve stayed here again.”

“O lugar é incrível, as pessoas quando você fala com elas são legais, a vista é a vibe, mas quando você paga por um hotel 5 estrelas, você espera um serviço 5 estrelas, faz literalmente uma hora e meia, desde que solicitou um chaleira de água quente para fazer um pouco de leite para o bebê.Perdi a hora do café da manhã no chalé deles, estragou meus planos para o dia, só de esperar por uma chaleira de água quente.Além de um cara batendo na porta às 4 da manhã dizendo que pedi um sanduíche, enquanto eu dormia, e então acordei com aquele sanduíche pendurado na maçaneta.Não é um serviço adequado para famílias, se você tem filhos pequenos que precisam de fórmula ou água quente para fazer sua comida, eles também não fornecem comida para crianças, ou algo que você poderia amassar como arroz ou macarrão simples para fazer algo para as crianças , nem mesmo um purê de batata básico, é melhor você trazer sua própria chaleira / caldeira antes de visitar esta propriedade.Eu tinha comida no chalé deles, alguns pratos pareciam realmente saborosos como pudim de chia, a maioria dos pratos tinha um gosto estranho para eles, as pessoas no chalé são realmente legais, as pessoas mais legais do hotel, eu diria.Provavelmente todo tratamento lento porque eu não sou uma pessoa branca, como percebi que outros comentaristas dizem, agora está claro.O quarto parecia limpo, mas cheio de pêlos de animais no chão, mesas empoeiradas, limpeza não é seu ponto forte.Se eu fosse um cara solteiro não alérgico, teria ficado aqui novamente.”
