“Booked direct superior room with side sea view. Wouldn’t like to see a standard room. They did swap room for the same style on a sunnier side after they said they were full! No complementary water or tea/coffee machine in room ? Waited 15 mins to get served around the pool so gave up. Not a cheap place. See what happens over the next few nights. Came up with free tea and coffee. Thank you”

“We held our wedding at the Palace and we could not recommend the hotel enough. The hotel itself is incredible, the bridal suite was beautiful but it's the staff that really make the hotel special. Ourselves and our group were so looked after, the staff are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble.
The food is fantastic, the pool and pool areas are fabulous and it's minutes walk over to the beach.
Don't think twice about booking this hotel, we will be back next year!”
