“No geral, um hotel muito bom. Passamos 14 noites aqui como um casal. A equipe foi altamente eficiente - se algo estava com defeito ou não funcionava, eles consertavam quase instantaneamente. A única coisa que notamos foi que quase nenhum funcionário sorria. É aquela simpatia extra que distingue um hotel muito bom de um excelente. O deck da piscina com vista para o mar foi um verdadeiro destaque. A comida era de boa qualidade e havia muito por onde escolher. A limpeza também fez um ótimo trabalho. Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia e recomendo.”

“The room with a view and the hot tub was the must of the hotel. The hotel relies a lot on the amazing sunset view and Los Gigantes coast. The rest was acceptable but not amazing. Buffet for meals was kind of repetitive, the pool a bit small, and the service not always present. We had two good massages in the spa for an amazing price (there was 35% off).”
