My experience at Angsana has been beyond amazing from start to finish. I made the booking last minute and was not expecting anything more than what you would get in a 5star resort, however I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The resort has anything and everything you would want so you don’t actually need to leave the premises to enjoy your holiday. However the highlight for me was the warm and friendly staff which far exceeded anything I’d ever experienced before especially Owen and Victor who made my first time being a nervous solo traveler so enjoyable and relaxing. Words can’t express how many times they went above and beyond for me during my stay genuinely the nicest guys out. Minha experiência na Angsana foi além de incrível do início ao fim. Fiz a reserva no último minuto e não estava esperando nada mais do que o que você obteria em um resort 5 estrelas, no entanto, fiquei agradavelmente surpreso na chegada. O resort tem tudo e qualquer coisa que você deseja para que você não precise sair do local para aproveitar suas férias. No entanto, o destaque para mim foi a equipe calorosa e amigável que excedeu em muito tudo o que eu já experimentei antes, especialmente Owen e Victor, que fizeram minha primeira vez sendo um viajante individual nervoso tão agradável e relaxante. As palavras não podem expressar quantas vezes eles foram acima e além para mim durante a minha estadia, genuinamente os caras mais legais.

Located within a large compound that includes residential and commercial properties besides schools and kindergartens. View from the room was stunning, the room was clean and very specious with large balcony and quality comfy mattresses. Buffet breakfast was wonderful with both local and international cuisine options, food and beverages within the resort are tasty and reasonably priced. Three swimming options, pool with artificial beach, infinity pool near the beach as well as a clean sandy private beach itself. Gym is medium size with branded equipment (technogym). Staff are very friendly and they all speak English. Some cons include the long distance from Pa Tong town (about 30 minutes drive in the normal traffic), also, the resort covers an extensive area and it surrounded by water therefore navigating through the facilities could be cumbersome and you often need to make use of the buggy. Lastly, the WiFi was very unstable in my room, I believe that the WiFi network needs to be upgraded. This resort is one of the very special spots to stay in Phuket and I had a great stay overall.

A great stay. Polite and friendly staff. Room service was excellent. Very accommodating. There is a boat transfer service to the beach. Made it very convenient for us as we were travelling with an year old baby. Only con would be the aged room. Room is clean but the facilities appears old. Apart from that everything else is good! Uma ótima estadia. Funcionários educados e simpáticos. O serviço de quarto foi excelente. Muito acolhedor. Existe um serviço de transporte de barco para a praia. Tornou muito conveniente para nós, pois estávamos viajando com um bebê de um ano. Apenas con seria o quarto envelhecido. O quarto é limpo, mas as instalações parecem antigas. Tirando isso tudo o resto é bom!

Na chegada ao hotel, descobrimos que nosso agente de viagens havia escolhido um quarto para 2 adultos e 1 criança. Como resultado, houve dificuldades em se estabelecer. A equipe atenciosa, representada por Roman, que entrou em contato com a administração do hotel, resolveu nosso problema. Deu-nos outro quarto com uma cama extra para um segundo filho. Território muito bonito, grande e bem cuidado. Praia limpa agradável. No território da Laguna (rede hoteleira) funciona um ônibus gratuito. Há entretenimento para as crianças: uma piscina com escorrega, um clube infantil.

My family and I have been here for two weeks and had a lovely time.Our housekeeper Apple has been attentive and helpful every day. Always smiling and able to put a smile on our faces.The shuttles within the resort complex used to be better. They now only go from resort to resort and no longer take you from your lobby to the entrance so you can explore the local town. This only happens at certain times and speaking with other guests is quite frustrating. We have been staying for years and this service used to be offered. Minha família e eu estamos aqui há duas semanas e nos divertimos muito.Nossa governanta Apple tem sido atenciosa e prestativa todos os dias. Sempre sorrindo e capaz de colocar um sorriso em nossos rostos.Os ônibus dentro do complexo do resort costumavam ser melhores. Eles agora só vão de resort em resort e não o levam mais do lobby até a entrada para que você possa explorar a cidade local. Isso só acontece em determinados momentos e falar com outros hóspedes é bastante frustrante. Estamos hospedados há anos e esse serviço costumava ser oferecido.

O resort é lindo com uma vibe de férias. A variedade de restaurantes e um delicioso buffet de pequeno-almoço a preços acessíveis. A equipe foi muito útil, capaz, amigável e eficiente. Victor, da equipe do saguão, fez o possível para nos acomodar e aliviou nossas preocupações com um lindo sorriso gracioso. Obrigado Angsana por umas férias memoráveis, as melhores que já tive!

I visited with one of my girl friends for 5 days during the last week of August. The breakfast buffet was probably the best I have ever had. The pool was excellent. For some reason the swimming at the beach was closed, but neighboring establishments allowed swimming. The rooms were decent, not very fancy, but suitable. My impression is that this is a resort built for families and I am lucky I did not go there alone. Patong is a good 30 minutes away as well as a lot of the sites. I did rent a car and we drove around the island, but this resort is best suited for families and those couples that are interested in chilling and not doing much else. I paid just less than $100 a night; which was very good. I would not pay over $200 a night. Eu visitei com uma das minhas amigas por 5 dias durante a última semana de agosto. O buffet de café-da-manhã foi provavelmente o melhor que eu já tive. A piscina era excelente. Por algum motivo a natação na praia foi fechada, mas os estabelecimentos vizinhos permitiram a natação. Os quartos eram decentes, não muito chiques, mas adequados. Minha impressão é que este é um resort construído para famílias e tenho sorte de não ter ido lá sozinho. Patong fica a 30 minutos de distância, bem como muitos dos locais. Aluguei um carro e dirigimos pela ilha, mas este resort é mais adequado para famílias e casais interessados em relaxar e não fazer muito mais. Paguei menos de US$ 100 por noite; que foi muito bom. Eu não pagaria mais de US$ 200 por noite.

Overall- Lovely staff Lovely grounds Lovely room, down feather blanket and pillowsOn night 3 here, it’s amazing. It’s been so rainy but the lake front rooms make it a comfy place to just relax. It can be a bit hard to sleep at night with the howling wind since our room is on the water but not really in issue. They have enough things to keep children busy and out of the way 😅. Honestly the only little down side would be the breakfast buffet, it’s good, better than most with a small selection of cheeses too but just not worth the price especially if there’s no freshly made food like eggs Benedict. Worth the money if you don’t have a vehicle and too lazy to head to town.

Amazing hotel and staff,particularly Roman the Assistant manager, who was continually on hand to help make the trip fantastically memorable and always safe. He is extremely knowledgeable and will guide you through the best excursions helping with everything from transfers,booking, guides and advice on where to go and when. And always with a pleasant smile! The beach residence are amazing and the individual pools were incredible. Phuket in Thailand is a stunningly beautiful place and this is the hotel to enjoy it from. You can experience everything imaginable from ethical big animal sanctuaries through to snorkeling, diving and jet skiing. Amazing!!! Hotel e funcionários incríveis, especialmente Roman, o gerente assistente, que estava continuamente à disposição para ajudar a tornar a viagem fantasticamente memorável e sempre segura. Ele é extremamente experiente e irá guiá-lo através das melhores excursões, ajudando com tudo, desde transferências, reservas, guias e conselhos sobre onde e quando ir. E sempre com um sorriso agradável! A residência de praia é incrível e as piscinas individuais eram incríveis. Phuket na Tailândia é um lugar belíssimo e este é o hotel para desfrutar. Você pode experimentar tudo que se possa imaginar, desde santuários éticos de grandes animais até mergulho com snorkel, mergulho e jet ski. Incrível!!!

El complejo está bien,es amplio ...grandes piscinas y en primera línea de playa,algunas zonas necesitan reforma.!!! Las habitaciones son grandes pero el aire acondicionado es demasiado ruidoso y algunos elementos necesitan un cambio.
