Estivemos hospedados neste hotel de 8 a 15 de agosto de 2014. Hotel muito agradável e com funcionários simpáticos e profissionais. O quarto é de bom tamanho, com ar condicionado e com janela para o exterior e a cama de casal é de dimensões apreciáveis. Também é importante o mini bar. Embora não se situe no centro fica junto a uma das principais avenidas de Barcelona: a Diagonal. Está bem servido de transportes: tem autocarros à porta para o centro e a pouca distancia o metro.

Péssimo serviço do funcionário que nos foi mostrar o lugar de estacionamento na garagem. De seguida prontificou-se a ajudar a levar a bagagem e acompanhar-nosao quarto. O que não fez! Abandonou a bagagem junto ao elevador da garagem e foi embora. Quando confrontado com a atitude que teve, respondeu que o fez porque foi chamado para ir atender outros clientes!

Solo te ofrece alojamiento i desayunono tiene servicio de cafetería si quieres hacerte un café tiene que hacer tú mismo en tu habitación no tienen servicio, habitaciones sucia ventana lleno de gotas de barro zumo de naranja en el desayuno súper malo para esque metido una botella agua con gasnaranja malísimo

Un hotel de cuatro estrellas no te pude dejar dormir en el suelo lo comenté dos veces al de la mañana y al de la noche al tercer día nos cambiemos de hotel las estrellas las regalarán porque este no llega ni a dos y los dos recepcionistas muy antipáticos muy decepcionante lo siento

La Bienvenida que me ha dado el Sr. Jerome El día de llegada ( Recepcionista dia 17 .Febrero.2021) fue absolutamente profesional, familiar y simpático. Día de salidala séñora recepcionista fue también lo mismo y no que olvidar el Señor Jefe del Garage .... Buena Gente, buena estancia...Volveré con mucho gusto.....

Gorgeous decor, helpful staff, comfortable beds.Breakfast is very good and included in the room.Wanted to try the spa but couldn't as that employee was on holiday.The hotel is walking distance to many great restaurants and shops.The is a drug store one block away if you forget something.

Only just got here. Seems like a good location but the reception staff specifically need a major lesson in customer service. Rooms are well stocked if not a little small. Roof terrace is nice if not the best view.

I am so disappointed!! First, we came in and the room was steaming hot. We put the a/c on 15 c and still, nothing. The staff came in and said all the rooms are like that cause the hotel is facing the sun. Coming from a warm country myself I know it's not true. We packed ourselves and was ready to leave, you can't spend 4 days in Barcelona like that! All of a sudden they had a new room ready for us. The a/ was great.Second, they are very cheap on the shampoo/soap/body soap/conditioner. They didn't put enough and they didn't put new ones. We needed to ask every time!Third, I was looking forward to getting a massage, which is why I wanted this hotel! When I came to reception I was told to book after 3 pm, when I came back I was told spa isn't operating on Monday and that Tuesday is almost booked. Only slot available is at 19:30, I needed to pass because we already made dinner reservations.At the end of the day, service is at the minimum, they might be nice but it's not enough at this rate.

A wonderful treasure in this lovely 4 star hotel. Warm and inviting, this hotel offers everything one could want whilst traveling.The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was comforting.This is now my “go to” hotel in Barcelona.Loved it!

The staff are kind and helpful. The location is highly convenient to eating and shopping in Barcelona. The view from my room was not fantastic, but the room is comfortable and clean. The elevators are small, but fast. I'm not sure how handicapped accessibility works, because there are steps up to the elevators, but there is a girl in a wheelchair here, so it must be possible. The breakfasts are quite good.

I arrived at Abba-Balmoral Hotel late in the afternoon after a long day of international travel.I was greeted by an extremely friendly and accommodating front desk staff.I was welcomed and helped to my room with my luggage.I was VERY happy with the room.Nice hard wood flooring, very updated and contemporary and a lovely, modern bathroom.Plus- there is air conditioning which was a welcome respite on a hot day.I was directed to a nearby restaurant for tapas and was close to great shopping and people watching.I did not have a long stay but awoke to a fantastic breakfast in the restaurant prior to having a taxi called.All in all, I would recommend this hotel strongly.You won't be disappointed.

It placed in centrum and I had great access to everywhere. Just walk 30 min to each famous place in Barcelona. Bus station in front of hotel. Supermarket & fast food beside. Good breakfast. Helpful...
