The All Inclusive resort is 20-minutes from Punta Cana International Airport. Guest rooms at the Sunscape Coco Punta Cana include air conditioning cable TV and a minibar. “The property looked outdated. The furniture in the property was in bad condition (ripped, broken). All snack bars were either not working or closed so we had to wait until a restaurant opened to eat. There was no hot water in our room and no water at all in my mother in laws room. We tried to call the front desk to fix it but the phone was broken. Then tried to call from personal phone about 10 times & no one answered. The staff were not helpful at all, would give false information. To top it off the cleaning lady walked into our room at 9 am without knocking. We checked out after the first day and booked another resort. I absolutely do not recommend this place it looks nothing like the pictures. The ambiance is boring and sad, do not go here !!!”

“The Be Live resort is nice, but when I got there the check in process took 2hrs. When I got to the room it had hair and makeup they did not even clean the rooms. I was not the only one who complained about the rooms being filthy. I got switch to other room which was decent enough. The food was not that great at all. The workers don't even attend to guess I kept having to ask for things and calling the workers over, because they would straight Ignore me if I don't call to them. The beds that are on the beach will cost you $10 dollars a day, which I don't mind because it is very relaxing. The night life at the resort is GOOD!!!! Very entertaining!!!!!. Overall, my stay was okay not great. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this resort at all!!!!!!”
