“Tive uma reserva aqui para domingo, 24/10 às 14h30, cheguei lá às 14h20 para ouvir que não poderíamos ser atendidos porque eles pararam de servir comida às 14h30. Nós literalmente viajamos eu e meu parceiro de Evanston em um Uber para ser avisado que não podemos ser acomodados não recebemos um telefone avisando ou não recebemos nada na chuva e todos desapontados nunca irão a este hotel ou restaurante”
