“I would give the WA in Orlando 6 star if I could. From the moment we got out of our car, the service we received was both excellent and friendly. The room was truly spotless; I’m a bit of a clean freak and was in awe of how clean our room was. I felt so comfortable and that made our stay that much better.
Our family truly enjoyed meeting so many of the lovely people who make this beautify property run smoothly.
So many smiles and so many great personalities. It’s evident that someone is putting great care into choosing the right people.
Last but not least,the food was delicious, especially breakfast/brunch at Oscars. We had to stop ourselves from overeating and my kids were in breakfast heaven.
But it was the staff that truly made the experience something special. Shout out to Phil and Marie at the omelet and crepe station- they’re masters at their craft.
Juan (our server) was such a pleasure to meet.
Lizzy in the dining room was so sweet; always smiling friendly.
Christian at Aquamarine has such a great personality that is perfect for what he does. We enjoyed meeting him.

“I was greatly disappointed in my recent stay at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando. Based on my experience I would not consider this a five star accommodation.From a room perspective, we did not feel the level of cleanliness was up to the standard it deserved. Additionally my request for a feather free room was not met. There were no robs or slippers in the room. It was not communicated that they must be requested until I mentioned it to the front desk.The rooms are very dated, lack decor and have very stiff mattresses. The comforters lacked padding as well.There is construction going on between the two hotels which greets you with a loud constant banging which was heard from our room around 8:00 am during the week and 11:00 am on the weekend. That was not communicated to us as well. This made our pool day less than relaxing until they took a lunch break. Suggestion to management, provide your guests with a heads up as well as some hearing protection if they’re heading to the pool.The icing on the cake for our experience was as we were trying to leave one of the valet members excused themselves past us as we struggled to hold the door with our luggage.The front desk team was very gracious in hearing our concerns, and did their best to improve our experience although the disappointment was already done. They did offer us a new room on the same floor, but we had already wiped down our room and did not want to do that again.Some other positives in addition to the empathy from staff include the s’more cookies they provided on check in and the proximity to the Disney parks.”
